(A) Construction Work Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per MoRT&H specification Clause 3.6 complete in all respect.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MoRT&H specification Clause 3.16 complete in all respect.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing, laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carrisge of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.5% emulsion in uniform single layer on slub base/subgrafe and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granuller base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 Kg/Sqm. using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 Kg. per square metres on the prepared granuler surface cleaned with mechanical broom

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher without sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504.

(B) Cross Drainage Work Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification,including setting out,construction of shoring and bracing,removal of stumps and other deleterious matter,dressing of sides and bottom,brakfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.

Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days

Brick masonry work in cement mortar 1:3 in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical speficiations ..

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 110 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

RCC Grade M 20 Furnishing and placing reinforced cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification.

Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification

10 mm thick plaster of 1:3 cement & coarse sand mortar complete item on no plate pillers on ends of Head walls/parapet including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. as per S.I. NOB no. 17.58

Laying of 1000 mm dia NP-3 R.C.C. Hume pipe including fixing of collar with 1:2 cement & coarse sand with all material, T&P, labour etc. required for proper completion of work but excluding cost of H.P. & collar, complete item as per direction of E/I.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Supply, fixing & eraction of built up Cantilever Structure 6 m span comprising of one vertical posts of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm M S plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M.S. pipe and 40 mm dia heavy M S pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel plant. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 90x90M of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:4:8 cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast. RCC withand 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. The lateral vertical clearances and complete.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground lvel as per approved drawing.

Supply of Road way Retro Reflective Delineator with four no. acrylic high reflective reflectors post made of 75 mm dia/Squir delenator 50 x 50 x 1200 type mm IZ ASTMD-456-04 heavy duty M.S. pipe hold fast all electrically welded and painted with two coat black stoving paint. Reflective strip in of high intenstive primatic tape complete with jali complete with all respects.

Providing and fixing Cats-eye type IZ-ASTMD-4956-05 suppy of 3 m brand markers / every denission / nikkelite series 290 (Cats eyes) body made- poly carbonate with electronically welded primatic retro reflective lense on both side for maximum retro reflective in wet and dry conditions with 3 m bituminous adhesive B--69 including cartage VAT and all other taxes complete.
