PART – A (Work Portion)

ITEM No. 1 :- Dismantling of existing B.T. Surface (flexible Pavement) to a depth of 50 millimetre manually including loading of dismantled material to transport vehicle at site excluding lead charges.

ITEM No. 2 :- Dressing of side shoulder / Scrapping the road side shoulder by Mechanical means ( By JCB / DOUZER) including excavation of raised side shoulders upto 15 centimetre depth including removing / cutting bushes, grass and dressing shoulder to desired camber and disposing of excavated stuff up to road boundary etcetera complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

ITEM No. 3 :- Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts and leads and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed.

ITEM No. 4 :- Excavation for roadway in hard murum and boulder including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts and leads and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed.

ITEM No. 5 :- Conveying materials obtained from road cutting including all lifts, laying in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section including for a lead of 300 metres to 500 metres inclusive from the site of excavation to the site of deposition as directed.

ITEM No. 6 :- Supplying hard murum / kankar at the road side, including conveying with all leads and stacking etcetera complete as directed by Engineer in charge. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 7 :- Spreading hard murum/ soft murum/ gravel or kankar for side width complete.

ITEM No. 8 :- Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with Vibratory roller including artificial watering etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 9 :- Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader / Paver on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 - Plant Mix Method and Grading - I Material (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 10 :- Wet Mix Macadam - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Laying By Grader / Paver. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 11 :- Providing and constructing 50 millimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 millimetre stone layers metal 30% crusher broken metal + 70% Hand broken metal (By breaking Rubble obtained by blasting), heating and spraying the bitumen of VG-30 @ 1.75 kilogram per Square metre, spreading 12 millimetre size chips compacting with Static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etcetera complete, including applying tack coat of bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 0.30 Kilogram per Square metre (on existing bitumen surface.) ITEM No. 12 :- Prime coat - Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying, primer at the rate of 0.60 Kilogram per Square Metre using mechanical means. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 13 :- BITUMINOUS MACADAM : Proving and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of Grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 80 / 100 millimetre compacted thickness with 3.30 % using specified grade of Bitumen - USING Drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, Vibratory roller - Bitumen VG-30 grade. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 14 :- Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on Dry / Hungry B.T. surface 3 Kilogram per 10 Square Metre, VG-30 bulk bitumen. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 15 :- Open Graded Premix Surfacing- Providing and Laying OGC 20 millimetre thickness composed of 13.2 millimetre to 5.6 millimetre aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with VTS , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction but excluding prime / tack and Seal coat. For Bitumen of VG-30 grade - USING drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Paver and Vibratory roller (Over BT Surface). (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 16 :- Providing bituminous Type A liquid seal coat on bituminous surface including supplying all materials and bitumen of VG-30 grade preparing existing road surface, heating and applying bitumen at the rate of 0.98 Kilogram per square metre by mechanical means, spreading chips and rolling, by static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 17 :- Excavation for catch / side water gutter in all sorts of soils to the specified section including stacking the excavated stuff in a regular bund and disposing of unsuitable or excess stuff as directed all sorts of soils, by Mechanical Means.

ITEM No. 18 :- Excavation for catch / side water gutter in Hard Murum Strata to the specified section including stacking the excavated stuff in a regular bund and disposing of unsuitable or excess stuff as directed all sorts of soils, by Mechanical Means.

ITEM No. 19 :- Excavation for catch / side water gutter in Soft rock strata to the specified section including stacking the excavated stuff in a regular bund and disposing of unsuitable or excess stuff as directed.

ITEM No. 20 :- Watering and compacting of embankment formed of materials obtained from the road cutting within a lead of 50 metre, not less than 97 % of standard Proctor density after laying them in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre with vibratory roller.

ITEM No. 21 :- Providing soling using 80 millimetre size trap metal in 15 centimetre layer including filling voids with Crushed sand /grit, ramming, watering etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 22 :- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix cement concrete of M-10 proportion with trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal in foundation including necessary form work, compacting and curing etcetera complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer)) with SCADA with fine aggregates of required specifications (VSI sand finely washed etcetera) (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 23 :- Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of IS 458:2003 NP-3 class of 600 millimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 and curing etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 24 :- Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of IS 458:2003 NP-3 class of 900 millimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 25 :- Providing cast in situ / ready mix M-20 grade cement concrete for head walls of CD work / retaining walls etcetera including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing etcetera complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with SCADA (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 26 :- Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate ( VSI grade finely washed crushed sand) conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 millimetre, cement content not to be less than 150 Kilogram per cubic metre, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant/ Weigh batch mixer, transported to site with all leads and lifts, laid with a paver with electronic sensor /by suitable means as approved by Engineer-in-charge, compacting with vibratory roller, finishing, curing and including preparation of sub-grade surface if required etcetera complete. ITEM No. 27 :- Providing and laying in-situ M-40 Grade unreinforced plain cement concrete pavement with max 20% fly Ash (Fly-ash upto 20% by weight of Cement) over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate ( VSI grade finely washed crushed sand) conforming to IS 383, using fine and coarse aggregates combined gradation as per Table 600-3 of MORTH Specification 2013, mixed in a Tilting type Concrete Mixer as per approved mix design, admixtures, spreading, laying compacting and finished in a continuous operation without paver machine, finishing to lines and grades as directed by Engineer-in-charge and curing by curing compound /by providing cement vata in cement Mortar 1:8 at the rate of 0.60 metre X 0.60 metre centre to centre, admeasuring 80 millimetre at bottom and 40 millimetre at top with depth of 75 millimetre and maintaining the same throughout curing period by any other method approved by Engineer-in-charge. ITEM No. 28 :- Cutting transverse contraction joints 3 to 4 millimetre wide and depth 60 millimetre in concrete slab using concrete cutting machine with diamond studded saw within 48 hours of casting of bay / slab etcetera complete including subsequent widening of the groove 8 to 10 millimetre wide at top having depth of 15 millimetre as directed by Engineer in charge. ITEM No. 29 :- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix M-20 cement concrete of trap /granite /quartzite /gneiss metal for approach slab / Rigid pavement including compacting, finishing, curing etcetera complete. (excluding reinforcement) (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with SCADA with fine aggregates of required specifications ( VSI sand finely washed etcetera), cement 6.40 bags per cubic metre) (Material including all lead and lifts).

ITEM No. 30 :- Providing, cutting, bending, hooking, tying and laying in position TMT FE 500 steel bars for reinforcement for all reinforced cement concrete works as per detailed drawings etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 31 :- Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised informatory sign board rectangular / Square in shape having area greater than 0.9 square meter made out of 2 millimetre aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class B (Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive / heat activated adhesive reto-reflective specified back ground, border and back side reto-reflective symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012 Table No 8.3, supported with back support frame 25 millimetre X 25 millimetre X 3 millimetre, duly painted on back side with two coats of grey stove enamel paint and supported on two Number mild steel angle iron post 75 millimetre X 75 millimetre X 6 millimetre, 3.5 metre long firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-25 grade cement concrete 45 centimetre X 45 centimetre X 60 centimetre, 60 centimetre below ground level as per approved drawing The angle iron post shall be duly painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy finish paints having alternate black and white bands of 25 centimetre width including Galvanised Iron fixtures and transportation etcetera complete. The nut bolts of board with angle iron post / supporting structure after fixing at site has to be electrically welded. Class B (Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) sheeting shall have 7 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor/convertor issued for field performance including the screen printed areas and cut-out sheeting and cut-out durable transparent overlay film and this warranty.

ITEM No. 32 :- Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised informatory sign board rectangular / Square in shape having area greater than 0.9 square meter made out of 4 millimetre aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class B (Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive / heat activated adhesive retro-reflective specified back ground, border and back side retro-reflective symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012 Table No 8.3, supported with back support frame 25 millimetre X 25 millimetre x 3 millimetre, duly painted on back side with two coats of grey stove enamel paint and supported on two Number mild steel angle iron post 75 millimetre x 75 millimetre x 6 millimetre, 3.5 meter long firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-25 grade cement concrete 45 centimetre x 45 centimetre x 60 centimetre, 60 centimetre below ground level as per approved drawing. ITEM No. 33 :- Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorizing Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface - Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 millimetre thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 grams per Square Metre area, thickness of 2.5 millimetre is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 34 :- Providing and applying priming coat on concrete/ masonary/ Asbestos Cement plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required etcetera complete. ITEM No. 35 :- Providing and applying two coats of flat oil paint of approved colour and shade to internal / external plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface (excluding primer coat) etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 36 :- Providing and laying weep holes of 100 millimetre diameter PVC pipes as per drawing for abutment returns, return walls etcetera Complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 37 :- Removing rich mix cement concrete including stacking the spoils as directed with all leads, lifts etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 38 :- Excavation for foundation in earth, soils of all types, sand, gravel, soft murum including shoring and strutting as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 39 :- Excavation for foundation in hard murum and boulders including shoring and strutting as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 40 :- Excavation for foundation in soft rock including shoring and strutting as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 41 :- Dewatering on BHP basis by using water pump including diversion of stream, providing cofferdams, earthen bunds etcetera as may be necessary for foundation and other parts of the works and pumping out water during and after excavation as may be required by using 3.0 BHP pump etcetera complete. (Prior approval of Superintending Engineer will be necessary)

ITEM No. 42 :- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix / ready mix M-10 cement concrete of trap/ granite/ quartzite / gneiss metal in foundation including necessary centering, formwork, bailing out water, compacting and curing etcetera complete. (with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with natural / artificial sand) (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 43 :- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix M-15 plain cement concrete of trap /granite/quartzite/ gneiss metal for cast in situ piers, abutment, returns, wings etcetera including provision of V" shaped false joints to form suitable panels on the faces to approve design with compacting by vibrating and curing complete, including plywood / steel form work centering (excluding dewatering by means of pump) and including bailling out water and curing finishing in CM 1:3 etcetera complete as directed by engineer in charge, for height above 5.00 meter in following manners Height upto 5 metre (With Concrete Mixer) With fine aggregates of required specifications (Natural sand / VSI sand finely washed etcetera). ITEM No. 52 :- Providing and laying in position 90 centimetre thick flexible stone mat as per detailed drawing including laying and compaction, consolidation 15 centimetre to 23 centimetre soling, consolidation of 60 millimetre size metal in two layers and compaction of 40 millimetre layers in single layer with watering etcetera complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

ITEM No. 53 :- Providing railing of mild steel angle post 2.0 metre center to center of section 75 millimetre X 75 millimetre X 10 millimetre or equivalent I/C section of height 1.05 metre above bridge surface with minimum anchor length of 30 centimetre including hold fast of 25 millimetre diameter mild steel bar welded at the bottom and concreting of 1:3:6 of size 30 centimetre x 30 centimetre x 30 centimetre with three rows of 40 millimetre B class Galvanised Iron pipe provided at 30 centimetre on center to center including scaffolding and one coat of anticorrosive paint with two coats of oil painting, curing of concrete etcetera complete.
