However contractor can deposit a FDR of same amount and if contractor fails to rectify the defects occured during this period the same shall be get rectified at contractor's risk and cost and payment shall be made by encashing the FDR deposited for this purpose.

Material & Labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor single core cable 1100 volts grade FRLSH ISI marked drawn through and non metalic PVC conduit, ISI marked of not less than 20 mm dia, thickness 1.8 mm, concealed in wall, roof, etc, with all connected fittings including MODULAR WHITE COVER PLATE WITH FRAME for One light/fan/Bell point controlled by one switch and including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq mm green in colour as in earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and all metal parts of fittings as specified and directed for the following:- Note:- Modular switches, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, etc shall be measured and paid separately. Material & Labour for Earthing complete by using GI wire as earthing lead and MS galvanized earth plate of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm as earth electrode surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 meter below the ground with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of less than 1.5 mtr below ground level surounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanised iron connected iron connected to main switch board or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 1991. Pt I and including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include testing, 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering, funnel, wire mesh, PCC chambers in cement concrete (1:3:6) type CI 40 mm thick RCC(1:2:4) type B-1 cover and CI frame etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in replacement Decorative wall light fixture made up of polycarbonate for 09 W and making good disturbed surface of wall to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing existing unserviceable Multi-meter box along with its enclosure, old wiring in between DB's/main switch/meter and Supply & Fix anti corrosive, dust proof, vermin and water proof, factory fabricated sheet metal wall mounted type Multi-meter box of size not less than 1.25m x 1.0m x 0.25m with 2mm thick CRCA sheet and including applying of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer of colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge suitable to accommodate and comprising of following :- (a). Removing and re-fixing electric three phase energy meter - 01 Nos. (b). Wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed ISI marked 4 runs of 6 sqmm and single run of 6.0 sqmm, as earth continuity, single core multi stranded copper conductor cable fixed to meter box with PVC tag connected in between incoming DB and electric meters etc complete all as specified and directed. (c). Space for accomodation of MCCB TPN DB 4 way - 01 No. NOTE - (a). The metering box must have 1 No. Dia. 32 mm incoming Cable entry hole with Gland provided at base and 4 Nos. Dia. 16 mm Outgoing cable entry holes with Gland. (b). The Multi-Meter Box should have 01 Nos. viewing windows made out of toughened glass of 5 mm thickness strategically placed so as to view the energy meter readings without opeing the door of the meter box and shall be fixed from inside of the cover of Multi-meter box with stainless steel frame (glass holder)with suitable rubber gasket from inside the cover, so that it can withstand weather effect. (c). The system shall be A.C. Single phase 250 V or three phase, four wires, 433 V, 50 Hz with effectively grounded neutral. (d). The box must include of accessories like hinges, clamp, handles etc. (e). Multi-Meter box shall be so constructed so as to have roof tapering down for easy flow of rain water. (f). It should have locking arrangement by way of sealing and can be opened without breaking. Locking arrangement shall be such that a Lock with Key for locking of Multi-Meter Box to be provided. (g). The door in closed position should be overlapped on base such that direct entry of screwdriver, tool or film is not possible. (h). The contractor has to furnish a detailed dimensional drawing showing clearly the dimensions and material of Multi-Meter Box and its constructional features for approval fro Engr-in-Charge prior to manufacturing the same. (j). Sign of danger shall be clearly and indelibly embossed (not printed) on the cover of the Multi-meter box.
