Repair to pot holes, any depth not exceeding 1sqm each including sweeping, free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth and making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) depth of holes not exceeding 30mm all on specified and as directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam from hot mixed plant with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grace VG-30, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradien & camber (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for appplying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 Kg per 10 as Sqm using paving bitumen on black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content (using bitumen grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant using design mix, laid with mechanical paver and rolled and compacted using 8 to 12 tonne capacity vibratory tandom power road roller to achieve the required compactness to required camber & gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concerte 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepolished coloured cement concrete chequred tiles 300 x 300 x 20mm thick in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for cats eye ( Road studs ) with stem white/red colour reflectors ABC Body, 90 x110 x 17 mm thick with both side reflectors and fixed with epoxy resin as adhesive on bituminous surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed (Make 3M 290 Series)

S&F for solar stud 122.5mm length 132.5mm height with stump 55mm, stump dia 26mm electronically operated with solar cell LED PS, Ni- Cd 1400AH battery with aluminium main frame bottom frame aluminium reflective in two opposite direction and fixed on road surface as per manufacturer instructions and all as directed Engineer in charge ( Make: TATA BP SOLAR)

M&L for painting 2.5mm thick road making strips width not exc 100 mm (reflective ) of speficied shade/ colour using hot thermo plastic paint by fully automatic thermo plastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe, heater driven by skilled operator on road surface including cost of materials, labour, T&P and cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge .

Removing stone slabs from pavings, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish work built in mud mortar, in lenth wise complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundation/ under the road kerbs , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate solid blocks of strength not less than 44kg/sqcm, smooth finish exc. 10 cm in width for road kerbs and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete,(Top edge face chamfered block size 40X15X35 cm or 60x15x35 cm /size varied complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting to brick, stone, concrete , cement plaster surface of any description over 10 cm girth or width , preparation of surface , one coat of primrng paints plaster coat over two coat of plastic emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F out door concvex mirror of 100 cm (min) dia polycarbonate lense brim and back holding plates of fiber reinforced plastic including fixing at suitable heights as directed.
