We hereby confirm that we have seen and understood each and every feature and component including machinery, exhibits, services etc installed at Golden Temple Plaza Museum and have assessed the facility management, operations and maintenance services involvement as required by management of Golden Temple Plaza. We have read and understood in detail the entire agreement before quoting the bid price. As of this date the information furnished in all parts of this tender is accurate and true to the best of my/ our knowledge and we give an undertaking that we will deliver the best services, will meet SLAs and will not claim any amount extra over and above the contracted amount due to any of our non-awareness if any related to any aspect of this tender.
