M&L for dismantling of old UNSV ACSR conductors of 4 run from poles any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 m wide for taking out/laying HT/LT UG cable, and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 m wide for taking out/laying HT/LT UG cable, and getting out in soft disintegrated rock layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation soil at a distance not exc 50 m and deposited where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Returning,filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of burnt Sub class B Bricks in trenches over the LT/HT cables for the protection of cables, laid across the length complete all as specified and directed.

M &L local river sand for bedding and sand cushioning of all HT/LT UG cablecomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 with using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation and mass filling concrete for HT/LT poles and transformers and in addition where ever complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide including taking down old unserviceable pcc/iron poles of any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M/L for taking out Unsv U/G cable PVC insulated armoured PVC sheathed Al. Conductor, HT cable of any size complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel stripped armoured electric cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor , 11KV earthed earthed grade of size 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates etc fabricated from structural steel section incl nuts bolts and washers, welding, bending, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape cincluding Dismantling of corroded out and broken Cross arms, bracings , nuts bolts, channels and clamping devices complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pin insulator porcelain vitreous 11000V grade, 150mm high, 150mm dia, nuts, bolts and washers etc, galvanised MS spindle , washers fixed on channels or directly on poles including dismantling of old insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Disc insulator porcelain vtreous 11KV grade 145mm high, 255mm dia ball and socket type White/Brown/Green in colour suitable to string ACSR conductor, fixed on channels or directly on poles including dismantling of old insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing light grade for using in road crossings, poles etc. where ever directed of size 100mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth streep lead 32X6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel earthing wire protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40mm bore medium grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 20mm bore GI medium grade including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required by using galvanised iron 32x6 mm strip as earthing lead complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anti climbing devices, comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2 strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 mtr clamped and properly secured or as orderedcomplete all as specified and directed. Note:- Clamps to be measured and paid separately.

S & F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in singnal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 27 above but for HT, 25 x 20cm size.

Supply and fix in repair lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with all fittings Distribution class discharge capacity 65 KA as per IS 3070 Pt-3 1993 suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of transformers, high mast electrical equipments,LT panels chimneys and other electrical aparatus which cannot be dismounted or lowered down of any shape, capacity and size by using sand papers and applying one coat suitable primer and applying of synthetic enameled paint through spray gun by arranging compressor at site with adequate power generating set complete all as specified and directed.

supply and fix Rubber mat of 1 meter x 2 meter x 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Air break, gang operated, triple pole switch, outdoor, horizonal mounting type (ISI marked) , mechanically operated, mounted on 15 insulators with 9 insulator for moving contact of GOD and 6 insulator for fuse unit with operating mechanism worked from ground level with locking arrangments including Godrej pattem 65mm pad locks with two keys, complete suitable for HT 11 KV, 50 Hz AC supply including necessary electric connections complete including taking down old U/S complete all as specified and directed of rating 200 amp rating complete with fuse carriers and HT fuse elements.

M&L for Dehydration of transformer oil after disconnecting all connections and taking down from mounting structure or foundation and placing in a safe and dust free zone as indicated and removing the tank plate cover without damaging anyother parts and drying out the transformer oil and pouring into the dehumidifier aparatus at site in front of Engineer-in-Charge and after dehumidification process, re-filling of transformer oil into the oil tank , placing at existing position after covering up with sheet cover without making any leakage by providing adequate cork sheet packing etc, testng of transformer oil and confirming the di-electric strength more than 30 KV complete all as specified and directed. NOTE- Labour for replacement of old UNSV bushing LT/HT side deemed included in the quoted rate however LT/HT porcelian bushing with rod will be measured and paid seperately

M&L for Filling up of transformer oil for top up after removing oil tanks cover plate carefully without damaging any kind of parts by arranging all kind of safety measures, testing after filling up and confirming the di-electric strength not less than 30 KV as per IS Standard complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out power bank sutiable for operation of relay of VCB and supply and fix 24 v output power bank system to operate relay of VCB complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming/prunning and removing of tree branches or any other foreign objects from LT over head conductor and clearing the OH Line of any type and size for one span of any length in 2 way /4 way/6 way conductor system complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Insulators of any type, connectors and ACSR conductor of any size required at site will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. (ii) The contractor is responsible for provision of Necessary T & P and safety equipments to complete the job.

Restringing of HT over head line single ACSR conductor comprising of any size of conductor aluminium/copper/GI after opening binding wire from insulators and replace binding wire and achieved permissible sag limit of over head line conductor complete all as directed and specified. Note- Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for cutting/trimming of tree branches wherever touching the over headline around one metre clear of over head line and removing trimmed branches as directed. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account..

Find out Fault in existing U/G HT cables laid below 1 Mtr depth of earth surface in any location of dholpur by the expert engineers team using and hiring of HT Cable fault loactor complete all as specified and directed. Note : HT Straight through Joint kit will be paid and measured seperatly in relevent item of sch A.

Supply & fixing in replacment of HT Jumper existing Two Pole/four Pole/six pole Structure of transformer/Juntion point etc including using winding of ACSR Conductor 11000 Volt, including PG clamp Nut Bolts, Thimbles and washer etx as requirment as per site complete all as specified and directed.

supply and fix broken stone/boulders aggregate for loose filling, of gauge n exc 63 mm(as required) in all substation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Repir / Maintenance of drawout type / trolly mounted HT VCB 11 KV by cleaning the VCB by using air blower, tightening of connections / controls , checking of all fuses/,spray painting outside by enemelled smoke gray coloure paint/ sealing of VCB at bottom, repairing of mechanical parts, oiling / greesing of all moving parts and carrying out following checks for smooth functioning complete all as specified & directed. (a) Visual Inspection. (b) Checking of functional locks, interlocks, signalling devices and auxillery devices. (c) Checking of suitability and correct operations of protections, control instruments and electrical connection of the circuit breaker operating mechnasim. (d) Checking of Tripping Mechanism Operation. (e) Spring Charging Limit Switch Operation. (f) Checking with stand voltage on the auxillary circumstances. (g) Checking of with stand voltage at power frequency. (h) Checking of Breaker ON/OFF Operation manually & electrically. (i) Testing of vacuum Bottle Integrity. (j) Relay Testing. (k) Checking of the resistance of the main circumstances. (l) Verification of wiring. Note:- (i)Work shall be executed by the authorised service center of manufacturer. (ii) Spare part if found deffective will be measured & paid seperatly as supply & fix in repair under respective item of this BOQ.
