Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank within an initial lead of 10m and an initial lift of 2m for the following classification of soil including shoring, strutting, bailing out water wherever necessary and all other incidental charges and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

First depth of 0 to 2m

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement, four sand and eight course aggregate of 40mm size hard blue granite broken stone) for levelling course including the cost of mixing, placing the concrete in position, consolidating finishing the ends complete and curing etc. complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers for works beyond 1.50m from GL for footing.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 10mm and 20mm Hard Broken Stone. The rates excluding the cost of supplying, fabricating and placing in opposition of MS / RTS Grills for reinforcement and centering, strutting & shuttering, but including cost of mixing, placing the concrete in position, vibrating, consolidating, finishing and curing the concrete etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The rates inclusive of testing the reservoir for the water tightness of the structure)

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putt

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS Lad-der of 45cm clear wide made out of 50mm * 50mm 6mm MS angle for both sides and for steps at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc., for I staging from GL to 1st level brace (weight 4.5kg / m ) IInd and IIIrd staging upto floor slab and IVth staging from floor slab to roof top. Supply, delivery and fixing of 32 mm GI pipes medium for hand rails from I stage to IVth stage. RCC M30 Grade mix for Landing slab 5 Nos. at Ground Level- 1No. and above Ground Level 4Nos. Supply and fixing of 32mm GI pipe medium for hand rails for the Landing slab. Supplying and fixing of MS Base plate of 100mm * 100mm * 6mm thick for fixing Anchore fastener bolt for fixing of hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing locking arrangements with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint as per approved Type Design and as directed by TWAD board officers.

Supply, delivery and fixing in position of CI man hole cover and frame of size 60 x 60 cm on roof slab and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers. The manhole frame and cover should be of light duty and conforming to IS 1726/1974.

Refilling the foundation for service reservoir with excavated earth (other than sand) in layers of 15 cm thick well rammed, watering and consolidating etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by TWAD Board Officers
