Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in:, Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M15 grade Nominal Mix 1: 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :, 25 mm thick

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etc complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete., 40mm thick with 20mm thick nominal size aggregate.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Silt clearance of drains, channels and canals with lift 1.5 Mtr and lead up to 50 Mtr.

Sludge clearance of drains, channels and canals with lift 1.5 Mtr and lead up to 50 Mtr.

Carriage of Material Earth, Sand, Lime, Morrum manure or sludge For 10 Km.

Clearing and Grubbing Road Land, Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MoRTH Specification Clause 201., By Manual Means, In area of non-thorny jungle
