Providing and fixing 10mm thick acid and / or alkali resistant tiles of approved make of Somay, Kajaria, Orient and NITCO and colour Gold plus, Salted peeper light colour using acid and / or alkali resisting mortar bedding and joints filled with acid and / or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457 complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Medium shade using 50% white cement and 50% ordinary cement.

Providing and laying factory made 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the coat of nosing of steps etc. complete 50mm thick with 20mm nominal size of stone aggregate.

Cement plaster skirting (upto 30cm height) with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement 18mm thick.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surfaces as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc. (Make Armocreate of SWC Chryso France) consisting of (a) applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks / brick bats 25mm to 115mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining was upto 300mm height including rounding of junction of walls and slaps. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg / sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (iv) Finishing the surface with 20mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1: 4 admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fiber cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making patternof 300x300mm / sq 3mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water far a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by Engineer-in-charge. With average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at khurras as 65mm.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment (Make Armocreate of SWC Chryso France) to vertical and horizontal surface of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen and the consisting of (i) Ist course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 kg /sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding of junctions of vertical and horizontal surface. (ii) IInd course of 20mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions including rounding of junctions of vertical and horizontal surface. (iii) III course of applying blown or / residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 kg per sqm of area. (iv) Ivth course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 kg/sqm.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 course sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth crushed

Brick edging 7 cm wide 11.4cm deep to plinth protection with bricks of class designation 75mm including grouting with cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators andpartitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z. sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge (glazing and panelling to be paid for separately).

For fixed portion using Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns).

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated three layer medium density (exterior grade) particle board Grade-I, Type-II conforming to IS : 12823 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, of approved brand andmanufacture in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P brass / stainless screws etc. compete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture IS:6315 marked for doors including cost of cutting floors as required, embedding in floors and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge with brass cover plate.

Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauze with 0.5mm dia wire and 1.4mm wide aperture in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etc. with PVC / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing anodized aluminium grill (anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868 minimum anodic coating of Grade AC 15 of approved design / pattern, with approved standard section and fixing to the existing windows frame with C.P. brass/stainless steel screws @ 200mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodized aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame and adjacent RCC /Brick/Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete upto 5mm depth and 5mm width.

Providing and fixing structural glazing on required portion of the building with aluminium section (12 gauze using 5.5mm toughen glass with all necessary fittings) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (AIS CHROMA – VLT – 23, u.v-4, SHGC-26, U Value-3.7.

Microprocessor based PLC Synchronisation Panel

Design, manufacture, assembly, supply, Installation , Testing & Commissioning of PLC based Logic Control having follwing features:

Auto Synchronisation system.

Auto Load sharing among D.G. sets.

The automatic operations to be incorporated in the panel are as follows:-

The system will directly accept Digital meter & voltmeter signals for Electrical parameter monitoring and control. Only 1 no. Phase Angle Transducer shall be provided for all the DG Set Synchronization.

DG Panel’s logic shall be able to automatically start generators when mains supply fails by closing the DG switchgear for generator supply. It shall also transfer the power from emergency to mains supply, when the main healthy voltage persists for more than two minitues.

The Transfer of load shall take place only when the generator output reaches 90% of its rated voltage and frequency.

Automatic load transfer should take place within thirty seconds of mains fail.

‘B’ checkup alarm of each D.G. set after 300 hours of running for proper maintenance.

All parameters of individual D.G. set shall be monitored & necessary commands shall adjust the parameters of that D.G. Set feeding the bus bar of Main Panel.

Auto synchronizing system shall verify the phase angle of D.G. sets and also compensate for ACB closing time by initiating closing of the breaker ahead of the actual predictable synchronism thereby ensuring a phase difference of zero degree.

System shall also monitor the slip frequency and the beat voltage of the machine or system.

Neutral Isolation switch of Generator running in the system shall not trip until the Neutral Isolation switch of other Generator is closed in the event of shutting off of first Generator and starting the other.

Active power shall be made equal on all the sets automatically with the help of ACTIVE LOAD BALANCING system through Governor Control.

Reactive power shall be balanced automatically with the help of quadrature droop kit already fitted on the machine.

However if qudrature droop system is not functioning accurately ‘REACTIVE LOAD BALANCING’ system shall control the motorised potentiometer to achieve KVAR regulation within preset band.

In the event of set failing to synchronize, alarm from Annunciator would invite attention of operator for manual intervention.

It shall be possible to alter crucial setting / time delays through MAN MACHINE INTERFACE. (through BMS Software)

Relays shall have compatibility for future interface with BMS Software graphic displays / report generation.

System shall have TOTAL MANUAL synchronization facility.

The Microprocessor (PLC) shall start DG sets in sequence as per the readings of KW/KVA meter provided on transformer & D.G. set incomers at the instant of power failure and the sequence of operation will be as specified.

The PLC shall start the the two bigger set to fed the two bus of the Hospital feeders first and it will share the load of the other two bus if the total demand load on the two segement on each side of central Bus-coupler is below 90% of the capacity of the running D.G.set,by closing the smaller rating of bus-coupler.

The PLC system shall able to monitor the Load on the each Bus-section individually.

If the Total/ Individual demand Load on Bus-section increases from the 90% capacity of the running D.G. sets then the PLC will start the other D.G. sets one by one as per the Demand load requirement, and after sysnchronising with the system bus it will transfer the proportional load on the set by closing the Incomer of that set, and accordingly switch OFF the smaller D.G. sets as per the Demand Load on that Bus.

Similiary during the reduction of Demand load the Relay will switch OFF or Switch ON the relevant D.G.sets as per preset demand load.

On restoration of grid supply, Incomer Switches from D.G. sets and Bus coupler shall be switched ‘OFF’ in preset sequence and then switch ON the Incomer ACB of Transformer. DG Set shall continue to run for three minutes at reduced speed after DG Switch has been switched ‘OFF’ after that the D.G. set will be Switched Off.

The PLC panel shall be provided with all the necessary protection switches, relays, potential free contacts , Anuunciation windows, etc as required to achieve the above logic and complete with the following:

11KV HT PANEL as described above

MV SWITCHGEAR PANELS & DISTRIBUTION BOARDS :

Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following Utility panels suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz power distribution system. The panel shall be Indoor, free standing, floor mounting, sheet metal clad, cubicle, dead front, dust and vermin proof type compartmentalised design fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel for Load bearing members and 1.6 mm thick for non-load bearing members, complete with colour coded, heat shrinkable PVC insulated, aluminium bus bars and separate earth bus bar of adequate cross section through out the length of the panel. The incoming and outgoing feeders shall be accommodated in a fully segregated, modular multitier arrangement with adequate size and distinct cable alley, bus bar alley/chamber (form-3b Construction). The panel shall be complete with name plate, earthing, numbering, danger plate etc. as required and as per specifications and drawings. The panel shall withstand the fault level of as indicated elsewhere or shown in Single Line Diagram.

Important Notes: Common for all Switchboard:

The BOQ shall be read inconjunction with general notes, specification and Single Line Diagram (attached for Ref.). Incase of any discrepancy between specification, BOQ and SLD, the same shall be brought to the notice of Client/Consultant before quoting the rates, otherwise stringent condition shall be deemed to have been considered.

Fault current wherever mentioned shall be Ics value. (Ics = 100% Icu).

All MCCB shall be provided with door interlocked rotary handle with ON/TRIP/OFF position indicator, continious variable thermal magnetic O/C and S/C releases. All rating MCCB's shall be thermalmagnetic type.

Incoming MCCBs shall be provided with O/C, S/C, and Earth fault protection releases.

Outgoing MCCBs shall be provided with O/C, short circuit protection.

All feeder doors shall have pad locking arrangement.

All TP feeders shall have solid isolable neutral link.

All MCCB used in starter feeder shall be suitable for motor duty application.

All power contactors including NIC shall be of AC3 duty.

All ACB's shall be with micro processor based releases and Breaker Control Switch (BCS) having lost motion device.

Spare contaCTs of ACB/Relays/Contactor etc. shall be wired upto terminal block.

All switchgear used in starter feeder shall be type-2 co-ordinated. Manufacturer is required to submit manufacturers type-2 co-ordination chart for the make used.

All meters are digital type.

Panel shall be powder coated of approved shade with minimum 60 micron thickness.

ACB's/MCCB's in one particular panel shall be of one similar make.

Size of Voltmeter / Ammeter for incomer also, 96mm x 96mm flush mounted with shrouded terminal shall be used in the panel.

Bus bar chamber shall be kept at top of the all panels.

All bus bar shall be insulated with coloured PVC Sleeve i.e.RYB,BK as per colour code.

Internal wiring of panel shall be with size 2.5sqmm Flexible Copper Conductor for CT circuit and control wiring with 1.5 sqmm.

All Lift Panels transport section should not be more then 1000 mm.

In soft starter Vender should supply power contactor with aux. Contactor & All necessary accessories required etc. (As per BOQ & specification )

All indicating light shall be LED type .

Each vertical section of floor mounted panel shall have independent base frame (75mm x 40mm) size made out of 3 mm sheet steel (LT Panel & DG Panel).

Wherever only voltmeter & ammeter are required, the same may be provided in combined meter suitable for both parameter.

Notes:

MV SWITCHGEAR PANELS & DISTRIBUTION BOARDS :

Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following Utility panels suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz power distribution system. The panel shall be Indoor, free standing, floor mounting, sheet metal clad, cubicle, dead front, dust and vermin proof type compartmentalised design fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel for Load bearing members and 1.6 mm thick for non-load bearing members, complete with colour coded, heat shrinkable PVC insulated, aluminium bus bars and separate earth bus bar of adequate cross section through out the length of the panel. The incoming and outgoing feeders shall be accommodated in a fully segregated, modular multitier arrangement with adequate size and distinct cable alley, bus bar alley/chamber (form-3b Construction). The panel shall be complete with name plate, earthing, numbering, danger plate etc. as required and as per specifications and drawings. The panel shall withstand the fault level of as indicated elsewhere or shown in Single Line Diagram.

Important Notes: Common for all Switchboard:

The BOQ shall be read inconjunction with general notes, specification and Single Line Diagram (attached for Ref.). Incase of any discrepancy between specification, BOQ and SLD, the same shall be brought to the notice of Client/Consultant before quoting the rates, otherwise stringent condition shall be deemed to have been considered.

Fault current wherever mentioned shall be Ics value. (Ics = 100% Icu).

All MCCB shall be provided with door interlocked rotary handle with ON/TRIP/OFF position indicator, continious variable thermal magnetic O/C and S/C releases. All rating MCCB's shall be thermalmagnetic type.

Incoming MCCBs shall be provided with O/C, S/C, and Earth fault protection releases.

Outgoing MCCBs shall be provided with O/C, short circuit protection.

All feeder doors shall have pad locking arrangement.

All TP feeders shall have solid isolable neutral link.

All MCCB used in starter feeder shall be suitable for motor duty application.

All power contactors including NIC shall be of AC3 duty.

All ACB's shall be with micro processor based releases and Breaker Control Switch (BCS) having lost motion device.
