SUB-HEAD 1--CUTTING CHANNEL & CABLE, WIRE LAYING Supplying and delivery of following size Armoured cables XLPE/PVC insulated are designed for 1.1 kV Stranded Aluminium conductor, high tensile galvanized steel wire/strip armour for mechanical protection, and PVC/FR PVC outer sheathing power cable of following size. [Make- Havells / Polycab/ RR / KEI ] 4 core 6 sq. mm. multy stranded alluminium conductor Armoured cable.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland and finishing those for following XLPE / PVC armoured cable (2/4 / 3.5)Core as per GS. i) 4 Core 6 Sq. mm [7(c)/F-4]

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : ii) 4 Core 6 Sq. mm [8-b(x)/F-5]

Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting [2(b)/ F- 1]

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed [F-2/1(a)]

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required 40 mm dia [F-6/11(c)]

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand Polycab/Finolex/Havells/RR kabel/KEI) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required 3 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) [1(b)/E-9]

Supply & Fixing 240 V 16 A Modular type switch on GI Modular type switch board having top cover plate and making necessary connections as required.(Make- Anchor Roma/Legrand My linc/Crabtree) [3(a)/E-17]

Fixing only Floodlight Fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure. [20-a/C-3]

Supplying and Fixing GI water proof looping cable box having hinged GI Top Cover having 4 mm thick with rubber gasket lining, railway type mechanical locking arrangement, earthing terminal with lug etc. of the following sizes as indicated below, Comprising of one 250 V, 15 A Kit-Kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator etc. and housing the same in pole muffing incl. addition and alteration to the existing CC muffing (6:3:1) after dismantling the damaged looping cable box etc. where necy. incl. painting 200x150x100mm [I-2/16(a)]
