(viii) Replacement of unserviceable bolts with new one and fixing existing serviceable bolts, nuts, washers of different sizes and tightening properly. (ix) Repositioning of core and winding assembly inside the tank, assembling complete unit and making the traansformer ready for filling oil and subsequent testing as directed. (x) Filling of Fresh Transformer Oil and Test the rewinded Transformer as Per IS Norms-2026. (xi) Brought the Transformer from workshop to site after full satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (xii) Fix at old location and connect from both side as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not lesss than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip of 25x4 mm by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers.
