M&L for Preparation existing old treated asphaltic / concrete surface by brushing with plastic wire brushes for removing all dust and durt and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying one coat of runway marking, runway paint (Aqua Base) golden yellow/orange/red for lines, arrows, letters, etc. width or girth exceeding 100 mm, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Painting of runway shall be as per users requirement viz once before mansoon and after mansoon or as per necessitated and as directed

Cleaning of existing monsoon drains of average depth not exc.1.00 mtr, by removal of silt, sludge etc. with manually or mechanically. including removal of grown vegitation from drain bed to ensure free flow of storm water and disposal of silt, sludge grass etc to a distance exceeding 250m but not exc 500m and deposited outside of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cleaning of drain shall be as per users requirement as per necessity and direction by Engineer-in-Charge.The proper record of the directions issued by the users shall be maintained duly signed and the payment shall be claimed/processed only after verification of the same by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting of grass, bushes, jungles etc mechanically and to be removed from site and deposited at low land area outside of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width of (1:2:4) type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex tra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part there of over or under 30 cm ditto complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick wall or on concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removing same from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Struck or recessed pointing, to brick walls of surface drains with cement mortar (1:4) etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
