Material and labour for Cleaning of manholes upto 1.00m depth including pumping out liquid sludge/waste materials, taking out solid materials from the manholes/chambers, burruying the debris obtained from the manhole at a distance exceeding 100m and not exceeding 200m, washing MH with fresh water including taking all precautionary and safety measures such as gas mask, use of safety belt and cell torch for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipe 150mm dia (SGSW,AC,SWR or RCC)set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in bed to drain pipe, 150mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested including necessary shuttering and supports to concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix PVC SWR pipe 150mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregates) smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manholes/drainage etc, set in CM 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Material and labour for TMT CRS bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for Cleaning and removing of all scales and dirt from the shallow well not exceeding 3m dia and 3m depth including bailing out of water etc with clean water and bleaching powder ( internal surface) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for Pumping out complete water, liquid water and removing/desiliting the sludge and cleaning the septic tank complete including plugging the inlet line temporary and diverting the flow into the drain at newly made trench and taking precautionary and safety measures and removing the silt to a distances exc 50 m but n exc 100 m from the septic tank and burning in pit including provision of pit of required size in any type of soil after spreading line etc for the septic tanks of capacity 10 to 25 users all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for cleaning PVC water storage tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litre not exceeding 500 litres on roofs or at any position (and or bringing down if required) by draining out entire water, removing sludge, mud, etc., brushing / rubbing with wire / nylon brush / mop to remove all algae / fungal growth and moss, etc entirely from walls, floors, ceilings, etc washing clean with fresh water by using water jets and then again washing and treating with anti-bacterial agents, disinfectants and bleaching powder and writing in approved font of size 100mm high the 'Date of cleaning' and 'Next due date' in black synthetic enamel paint over a white base and rubbishing off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
