Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in cement mortar

Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete 1: 1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-Ill): 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 50 mm thick

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with apiece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning sqm the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7 .5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor IV level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix , 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 1 : 1 ½: 3 ( 1 Cement: 1 ½ coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 3 cum graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied@ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)
