S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (Total coated thickness) of any colour, finished with resin coat on both surfaces @ 150 gm/sqm of coating (total both surfaces) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with best quality self tapping screws as specified

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/valley gutter, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. (Colour of ridge shall be same colour as that of sheet used for roof)

M&L 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with suitable side lap as in roof fixed with self tapping screws and washers matching to profile of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet complete all as directed. M&L for post construction termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion (Chloropyriphos 20% EC) @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes using cement mortar 1:2 to match with existing in apron complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, jint free of matt finish, coloured tiles 8 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic, coloured tiles, 350x250x7mm thick/450X350X7 to 8mm thick as in skirting/dado/steps including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in proper slope/gradient etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for roof treatment by rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instruction, applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm and providing 3 mm thick APP membrane weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 180 gm /sqm having softening point not less than 140 centigrade, having tensile strength of 650N/sqm and 350 N/sqm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforced tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg /Sqm on top of membrane surface and then finished with solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in replacement security light bracket made out of 25 mm bore GI Light grade 1.00 M long to required shape as in bracket for steet light fittings fixed with two pair of MS flate iron clamp of size 50mm X 6 mm thickness of required shape with nuts, bolts and washers suitable for steel tubular pole including painting of mild steel flat iron surface with two coates of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement for Sub main wiring with two runs of 4.0 sqmm (Nominal area) single core FRLS cable PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, copper conductor cables conforming to IS- 694-1990, 1100 Volts grade drawn through grey colour PVC casing and capping bearing ISI mark 14927 (Part II), of suitable size conforming to IS-9537, fixed to surface of wall/ceiling etc with all accessories, fittings, fixures including 4.0 sqmm (nominal area) single core, PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor as earth wire and duly connected to common earth point including PVC conduits/casing-caping of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, GI strips armoured cable for working voltage 1100 volts, 2 core, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 16 Sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, culverts, under floors, through GI Pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, in replacement Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit depth not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth using GI earth wire of 4 mm dia by means of of nuts, bolts and washer and check nuts of GI or steel as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR-2009 (Part-I) and connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion with and including 15mm bore light grade GI protection pipe 7.5 metre long for earth including PCC (1:2:4) pit with RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover, 40mm thick reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars @ 100mm both ways with lifting hooks made out of 6mm dia MS bars, watering arrangement with 20mm dia light grade pipe, funnel, wire mesh, common salt chorcoal, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified.
