Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the debris out side defence land from the site complete.

Dismantling to brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers laid on roof including removing the debris including mortar out side defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of mud phuska from roof any thickness including leaping plaster including removing the demolished material from roof out side defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, coping, pillars etc and removing the debris outside defence land from the site complete.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick / stone or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing with all fittings for 15 mm bore GI tubing.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing with all fittings for 20 mm bore GI tubing.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing with all fittings for 25 mm bore GI tubing.

Refixing of old steel tubing and connections in new or old position with all fittings to floor, wall or ceiling as directed, for 15mm bore GI tubing.

Refixing of old steel tubing and connections in new or old position with all fittings to floor, wall or ceiling as directed, for 20mm bore GI tubing.

Refixing of old steel tubing and connections in new or old position with all fittings to floor, wall or ceiling as directed, for 25mm bore GI tubing.

M & L for 15mm bore `Medium grade` GI tubing with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 12 above but 20mm bore.

All as per item No 12 above but 25mm bore.

M & L for dismantling un serviceable water tanks any description exc 500 but not exc 1000 Litres complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No 15 above but exc 250 and not exc 500 Liters.

S&F for 1000 Liters capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, 3 layer heat resistant, white colour (ISI marked) (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No 17 above but 500 Liters capacity.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:3 on fair face of brick work or concrete mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs 20 mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod & high-density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 210 gms) complete.

M & L for APP based modified pre fabricated five layer, minimum 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.60 Kg per Sqm water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester mat 160 gm per Sqm black finished over Bitumen solvent primer @ 0.4 Ltr /Sqm conforming to IS-3488, membrane laid by torch application method side overlap of 100 mm and end over lap of 100 mm wide, joint / overlap sealed with torch applications for parapets etc the membrane taken up to 30 Cm through aconcrete fillet of 75mmx75mm then inserted inside the parapet after making necessary groove and making good of damaged wall as required after necessary preparation of the surface complete as per manufacture’s instructions and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) laid as in padding 50mm thick average over roof slabs for providing proper slope including finishing surface even and fair all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks / flyash bricks (using old size bricks) having minimum compressive strength straight 75 kg per sqcm, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius & built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1 : 4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or concrete surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of lime wash complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall /trenches or floors of 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) bend any radius of 110mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete Removal of tree roots from roof top/wall upto 4 storey building upto depth 40mm incl make good hole with CM 1:3 and matching with painting.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(20mm graded aggregate), 40mm thick incl neru cement finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
