N.S. Item Supply of Chlorine neutralizing tank made out of 3mm PP + 5mm FRP thick material having capacity to hold 6000 Liter containing 20% caustic solution. Chlorine will be bubbled through this caustic solution through diffuser for effective neutralization. It will be fitted with caustic/ water inlet arrangement, level gauge arrangement with necessary fittings, manhole for cleaning etc.

N.S. Item Supply of 10 HP, 2800 RPM Blower having capacity of 100cm/hr flow and 800 WC pressure with inlet size to blower 160mm and outlet size of 90mm. The size of impeller will be 620mm which will be duly balanced after coating. The blower body and impeller will be of MS coated with Vinyl ester resin material for corrosion resistant. Make of motor Crompton/Kirloskar/ABB.

N.S. Item Supply of Chemical pump of 1 HP, 2800 RPM, 50 LPM flow for circulating caustic for homogenizing the caustic solution in the above tank. The system will be provided with lot of valves piping etc. including foundation for pump. Make: Pump: Antico/Leak Proof Motor: Kirloskar/ Crompton/ ABB. However the total system Design will be of Metito.

N.S. Item Supply of caustic flakes. Make: DSCL/SIEL.
