REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE PARTS TO STEEL FURNITURE PAINTING REMOVAL OF DENTING TO STEEL FURNITURE OF OTM ACCN OFFRS JCOS ORs MD ACCN AND BSO YARD UNDER GE NORTH BANGALORE

Table Office Clerk Steel (FD-1004) S&F new Table top made of 18mm thick pre- laminated particle board (Exterior grade) of size 1200 mm x 760 mm with 4 mm thick half round teak wood edging shall be provided all around and fixed to frame with screws incl taking down unserviceable one complete.

As per item No. 1 above but for Taking out old u/s drawers from the table and refixing the same after repair by proper welding denting and making the same proper functioning complete.

As per item No. 1 above but for S & F new lock of size 40 mm, 4 lever ISI marked with duplicate key incl taking down the unserviceable one complete.

As per item No. 1 above but for S & F new drawer made out of 1 mm thick PGI sheet of size and shape as per existing complete duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade incl taking down the unserviceable one complete.

As per item No. 1 above but S & F new PVC shoe of best quality incl taking down the unserviceable one complete.

As per item No. 1 above but Cutting and removing old unserviceable legs of table upto 100 mm long and providing new legs of MS Square pipe 25 mm having 1.6mm wall thickness as per existing including electric welding of loose / broken components by continuous welding around the broken joints and also replacement of old minor required parts for item 1 to 6 complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Table Dinning ORs (FD-165) S & F in replacement of unserviceable Table top with new Table top made of 18mm thick pre- laminated particle board (Exterior grade) of size 1900 x 685 mm with 4 mm thick half round teak wood edging shall be provided all around and fixed to frame with screws incl taking down unserviceable one complete.

As per item No. 7 above but for S & F in replacement of unserviceable PVC shoe with new PVC shoe of best quality complete.

As per item No. 7 above but for Cutting and removing old unserviceable legs of table upto 100 mm long and provided new legs of MS Square pipe 25 mm having 1.6mm wall thickness as per existing included electric welding of loose / broken components by continuous welding around the broken joints and also replacement of old unsv required parts for item 7 to 9 complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Teapoy Varandah (FD-383)/FD/E6/MAP/17 S & F in replacement of unserviceable Table top with new Table top made of 18mm thick pre- laminated particle board (Exterior grade) of size 900 x 450 mm with 4 mm thick, half round teak wood edging shall be provided all around and fixed to frame with screws incl taking down unserviceable one complete.
