Schedule 'A' Section - I

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonary etc, and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and disposing off the rubbish materials where directed and complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in filling foundations and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B' bricks,(old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No -5.00 here-in-before but except stone complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm gaded stone aggregate as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as bond stone for stone walling etc setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for raised pointing in CM (1:4) to random rubble square/polygonal rubbles uncoursed or brought upto courses on old/new surfaces complete all as specified.

S & F in repair of PVC SWR pipes 110 mm dia as in weep holes in retaining wall /rain water pipe complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in sub base to flooring including necessary form work and finishing surface fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as floor finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for prepolished coloured chequred cement conc tiles (30cmx30cmx25mm thick) in grey cement and mix with pigment to match colour of tiles in floors etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for Coloured prepolished machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment of any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade and over 25mm sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced concerete in suspended slabs beams, lintels etc. in cement mortar or cement concrete not exc 15 cm thickness(reinforcement cut as required to failitate demolition)complete all as specified.

M & L for Mild steel bars 8mm dia TMT bars and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for reinforced cement concrete work (nominal mix) Type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings balconies , canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Form work to sides and soffts of floor or roof beams, beam hauchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc supports, overhangs, etc also splays between floors and beams, chajjas on rough finbished surfaces of concrete etc all as specified and directed

M & L for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or slopping and similar work not exceeding 20 cm wide all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish complete all as specified or directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces incl finishing surface w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Rendering 20mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on stone masonry work incl finishing surface w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors , gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix for mild steel work as in Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for mild steel work as in Framed work for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc.conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Welded steel wire fabric(weight n.exc 4kg/sqm) complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete in surface channels and drain type C-1 1:3:6 (20mm aggregate) and finishing surface even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends etcall as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 80 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts ( machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end & screwed the other , or screwed both ends ,each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nuts exc. 5cm but n. exc. 10 cm long, 11 to 15mm dia of shank complete all as specified.

Material & labour forming contraction joints 65mm deepx10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade-A including all necessary formwork complete all as specified & directed.

S & F Plates (plain or chequered) of Fe 410W Gde E-250 Quality -A channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing for butt hinge ISI Marked 100mm size, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified

Comprehenshive maintenance and cleaning of sewage system including sewage lines, manholes, soakage wells/soak-pits, gully traps, septic tanks attending bloakages in WCs/ WHBs/Drains etc by employing necessary resources including T&P at kasauli Mil station all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The location/ building/complex where work is to be carried out consist of the following:- (a) OTM and Md Accn of GE Kasauli complex. , (b) Rajendra Line.Area. , (c) 95 Inf Bde Camp Area. , (d) MH Kasauli OTM and Md Accn. , (e) Ascone Node Kasauli complex. , (f) CRS Kasauli Complex. , (g) 2RMC & Signal Coy OTM & Md Accn. , (h) Station HQ Kasauli OTM & Md accn. , (i) Officers Quarters and Officers Messes in Kasauli Mil Stn. NOTES:- (i) The Contractor will employe a Supervisor. The Supervisor so employed shall report to the concerned JE daily to give feed back and also to receive day to day sewage Complaints and necessary instructions for smooth running of the contract. , (ii) He will carry out normal maintenance to sewage sytem as required at site. , (iii) For any default/delay in attending the complaints recovery shall be effected as per contract conditions provided here-in-after. , (iv) T & P as requiered for the work shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the deptt. , (v) Supervisor engaged by the contractor shall take all necessary preventative safety measures and adequate precautions to avoid any health hazard and department shall not be held responsible for any unwanted incidence.

Cleaning of septic tank incl sludge chambers by removing sludge and sludge water by pumping or manually or other means and the sludge /sludge waste night soil and solid soil waste night soil including slugde water from the septic tank of any capacity and disposed off to distance n. exc to 100 mtrs and depositing the same in ditch(including excavation of ditches and making good the surface and as required)including taking off and refixing manholes covers complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.50m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and including spreading, leveling and well ramming n.exc 25 cm thick in hard and dense soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 m and depositing where diretected at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soil complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm dia salt glazed stone ware/AC/RCC drain pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches removing the debries from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lfor PCC (1:4:8) type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in the drain pipe incl packing under & haunching against the side of pipe after they are laid and tested for 150mm dia compelete all as specified.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipe laid in trenches and jointed all as specified (internal dia of pipe 150 mm bore pipe) complete all as specified.

M&L for loose filling with broken brick aggregate of gauge 80 to 150 mm in soakage pits complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work, with sub class 'B' brick straihgt or curved on plan to any radius in half brick work thick wall built in cement mortar (1: 4) as in manholes and septic tanks complete all as specified and as directed .

Cutting in to existing manholes for connecting drain pipes making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benches for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section)in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150 mm internal bore pipe complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces for manholes, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

S&F CI soil waste pipe 100mm bore in any length with or without ears including jointing ( cement joints) fixed to walls complete all as specified.

S&F CI soil waste pipe 50mm bore in any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed to walls complete all as specified.

S&F CI cowls 50 mm bore complete all as specified.

Supply only mild steel round bars Fe 410 W (Gde-E-250) quality -A as in line wires for chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Mild steel galvanised chain link fencing including including lines wires, any mesh, size & type as directed to any type of standard rails etc including provn of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed (Note : - Mild steel round bars as in line wires for chain link fencing shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only).
