RCC M20 (FIRST FLOOR SLAB) having crushing strength of 200 kg/cm2 after 28 days curing as per (IS 456-2000 & IS 516) using 12mm to 20 mm size b.h.c.b granite chips 20mm size not exceeding 25% including hoisting lowering laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering curing for 28 days centering shuttering &finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves beads when ever necessary including cost convince taxes & royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P hire charges of concrete mixture machine & vibrator machine required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost of M S rod or tor steel & binding wires & labour charges for cutting bending, binding & tying the grills. As per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Cutting straightening of steel HYSD (Fe-415) (FIRST FLOOR) conforming to (IS- 1786)) with bending, binding, cranking, hooking, welding or joining if necessary & tying the grills and placing in position as required for the Rod work in all floors and & for providing fan hooks hosting lowering & laying steels including cost conveyance taxes & royalties of all materials and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges (payment will be made on weight of MS rod or tersteel only basing on the co-efficient of MS rod or for steel bars approved by SAIL/ TATA/ competent authority and (No separate payment will be made towards the cost of binding wires over lapping, wastage coupling welded, joints, spacer bars, chairs stays, hangers and annealed steel wires or other methods for binding and placing etc

12 mm thick cement plaster (FIRST FLOOR) in C.M.(1:6) finished smooth to brick walls after racking out the joints including watering curing with cost conveyance taxes & royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges.

Providing and and applying two coats of Sika Aramated -108 (anti corrosive rebar coating) @ .80 kg /sqm over rust free reinforceing steel with cost conveyance taxes &royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges.

6 mm thick cement plaster (FIRST FLOOR) in C.M.(1:4) finished smooth to RCC surface after racking out the joints including watering curing with cost conveyance taxes & royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges

16 mm thick cement plaster (FIRST FLOOR) in C.M.(1:6) finished smooth to brick walls after racking out the joints including watering curing with cost conveyance taxes & royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges.

12 mm thick cement plaster (FIRST FLOOR) in C.M.(1:4) with sika latex power in all floors finished smooth to brick walls after racking out the joints including watering curing with cost conveyance taxes & royalty of all materials of all labour T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges

Providing fitting fixing cutting & cleaning of 20mm th granite stone plate (FIRST FLOOR) fixing with 25mm th CM(1:1) with cement slurry and grouting materials of approved quality for fixing floor tiles where necessary including cost and conveyance of all materials labour T&P, hire charges of machine, all taxes etc all completes in all respects as per the direction of Engineer charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing ceramic wall tile (12"x8") (FIRST FLOOR) with 12mm th CM 1:3 with neat cement slurry including cost of all materials, takes labour T&P etc required for the work.including cost and conveyance of all materials labour T&P, hire charges of machine, all taxes etc all completes in all respects as per the direction of Engineer charge

Supplying , fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window (FIRST FLOOR) of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Supplying , fitting and fixing of UPVC Door of approved make (FIRST FLOOR) with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Providing & fixing of grid mineral fibre ceiling board (FIRST FLOOR)having size 600mmx600mmx16mm of approved design and quality with frame and all fitting and fixture etc with cost ,conveyance , taxes of all materials ,labour, T&P brush& scaffolding charges etc . required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Applying two coats of Plastic Paint with 2 coats of acrylic wall putty with one coat of primer to wall surface (FIRST FLOOR) including scrapping cleaning of old paint cost & conveyance of all materials, taxes T& P taxes etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge.

Supplying , fitting and fixing of Aluminium openable window (FIRST FLOOR) with 5 mm thick plain glass with aluminium frame of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures. cost & conveyance of all materials, taxes T& P taxes etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge.

Supplying , fitting and fixing of Aluminium fix partition (FIRST FLOOR) of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.
