Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry build in cement mortar including all quions/archers etc completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 3 here-in-before but except bricks.

Material and labour for PCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) In window or cills, linteals, coping, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars set in cement mortar complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC type D2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) in channel and drain finished even and smooth complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thick above or below ground level including removal of debris out of Mod Land.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth with out using extra cement.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type - D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in hard standing complete all as specified

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in floor etc complete all as spcified.

M &L for forming expansion joints 100 mm deep x 12 mm wide filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, grade A.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar

Material and labour for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of M-35 with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Independent test will be carried out for M-35 before progressing of payment to contractor.

M&L sand layer under floor of interlocking paver tiles incl watering and consolidation.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor over 20mm scead bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered edges, etc

Demotion of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified.

Form work to edges of conrete flats, bricks in floor, opening in conrete wall, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bends in walls, horizontal or slooping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide (where RCC/PCC bends in walls) etc all as specified.

M&L for TMT mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape, required including cranking bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking end and bending with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or scruing with clips.

Ditto all as item No 19 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders etc all as spcified.

Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, as in replacement, 55mm thick (measured solid) in PCC 1:2:4 B0 12.5mm aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings but excluding frame.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified.

M&L for plastering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cm 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra lime or cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces incl preparation complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling CGI corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including Nanital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 0.5mm pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating steel GI based corrugated sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self taping screws as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified

Joist, channel angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion by demolation of cement concrete or any type of work all as specified.

S & F for angle iron as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire etc. including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165, in rapair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling security fencing wire any type (babed wire, chain link fencing, GI mesh etc) all as specified and directed

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing conforming to IS 2721: 2003 including line wires of 3.15mm dia straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire

S&F Mild steel screw or bolts (machine made) with hexoganal or square heads at one and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be filled with washers and hexogonal or square nut ,not exceeding 5cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel straps including bolts, if required:hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 conforming to FE-290 Gde- 165 complete all as specified.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbed with 2mm barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining boath, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)
