Fixing Foundation bolts/anchor bolts to templates etc for tower, in systems of tower foundation including accurate alignment, leveling etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Anchor bolts along with templates will be supplied free of cost and the rate in this item is only for fixing up to 12 Nos of bolts in one stem/column) in position in the columns before putting concrete as per the requirement.

Supplying new galvanised steel bolts, nuts and washers for fastening 40M narrow based tower (for missing bolts).

Segregation and shifting of tower materials from the stockyard(in and around chennai) to the site of work by mechanical transport including loading , unloading and stacking as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Erection of four legged ground based ( light weight) 40 m high communication tower after segregation/sorting of the tower materials as per erection drawings Tower materials will be supplied free of cost at specified place and transportation will be paid as per item No.12)

Painting with Luxol or equivalent high gloss synthetic enamel paint in two or more coats over and including a base coat of approved primer zinc phosphate or zinc chromate or equivalent over etch primer to the required colour and even shade for the tower item referred above

Providing and fixing in position structural steel work with galvanized steel sections - tees, angles, flats, channels including bolts,nuts of specified grade etc. welded in built up sections/frames etc. including cutting, making holes, hoisting, fixing in position etc. all complete

Fixing in position available structural steel work gantry at site of work including hoisting, fixing in position etc complete . The rate including transportation of ladder / gantry from Perambur stores to site.

Providing GI plate earth including excavation of pit of size 1500x1500x 3000mm depth in all kinds of soil and placing four numbers of GI plates of size 600x600x6 mm thick vertically at diagonally opposite ends in the excavated pit and inter connect the plates with 25x3 mm GI strips with 2 Nos of GI bolts and nuts of 10mm dia at each connection and placing galvanized iron pipe of 50mm dia and 3000mm length at the centre of the GI plate grid and interconnect the pipe at minimum two sides with connecting flat of the GI plates with GI flat of size 25x3mm with GI bolts and nuts and fill the pit up to a depth of 650mm with charcoal of 20mm nominal size and the remaining portion of pit shall be filled with loose soil free from stones and wet the entire soil with water and providing precast RCC rings 300mm dia 450mm height and 50mm thick with reinforcements and cover slab of 300mm dia 50mm thick for earth chamber etc. and levelling the surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Providing ring earth including necessary provision for connecting earthing for aviation lamp including excavation of trench of size 500x1000mm depth and laying GI flats of size 50x3mm and jointing flats with plate earth vide relevant item above and jointing at corners with 2 Nos.of 10mm dia GI bolts and nuts with necessary spring washers and refilling the trenches with the excavated soil free from stones and disposal of surplus soil as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing GI strips of size 25x3 mm one end connected to the lower leg with GI bolts and nuts including providing and connecting alround the four legs at the bottom of tower and the other end shall be connected to the plate earth/ring earth with GI bolts and nuts including clamping the down lead flat to walls/stems without any sharp bends using necessary clamps and screws as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing copper lightning conductor of 1500mm length, 25mm dia hollow tube of wall thickness not less than 1.6mm including tinning the bottom portion of the spike for a length not less than 150mm (lightning conductor to be fixed at the top of the tower) and connecting the copper busbar to the lightening arrester using 2 Nos.10mm dia brass bolts and nuts all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 25X6 mmGI flat for connecting the lightening arrester to the plate earth. The GI flat shall be insulated with heat shrunk PVC sleeve and shall be fixed with tower member using suitable clamps in such a way flat shall no where directly contact the tower member all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing LED aviation obstruction lamp of Saraj, Binoy, aviades, Litten or equivalent with Light Dependent Resistant sensor (day and night authomatic timer) with necessary MCB switches, armoured cables(2x1.5 mm square copper cables), clamps etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Erection of BTS sheter of available materials and size upto 4.10m x3.85m x 3.0m over Steel structural members for base after segregation / sorting of the shelter as per drawings with all its accessories including Cable tray inside shelter for 12 meter runway, as supplied as per thr direction of Engineer in charge. The rate includes Segregation and Transportation of Shelter materials from the stock yard - Perumbur BSNL GSM store to the site of work Madharpakkam by mechanical transportation including loading, unloading and stacking as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick approved quality Marine plywood as per IS 710 in floors, partitions, cup boards, racks, storage units and similar locations etc. Including cutting to required size and fixing with necessary nails, screws, clamps all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing 2.00 mm thick sheet homogeneous Anti Static Polyvinyl chloride sheet in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacturer like DunlopS-758,Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5kg and prividing copper strips etc all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in approved colour and shade.

Providing and fixing IS 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges with stainless stll screws etc. Complete 100 x 58 x 1.9mm

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm) with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per 1868 ) transparant or dyed to required colour or shade withnuts and screws etc. complete.

Filling the gap in shelter for the areas worn out in silicon sealant like walls , ceiling and roof with weather silicon sealant of approved quality and direction of Engineer -in-Charge

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade

New work ( Two or more applied @ 1.67 litre / 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior promer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 Sqm )

Providing roofing consisting of truss work with colourcoated GI sheet including dismantling damaged roofing and stacking the serviceable materials of the same. The truss work and purlins consists of 25 mm square tube of SWG 14 (1.63mm thick) @1.29kg/RM, spaced at a MAXIMUM distance of 100cm C/C. The roofing sheet shall be "GALVALUME SHEET" of 0.47 mm thick metallic hot dip coated PPGL Aluminium - Zinc alloy sheet of JSW or equivalent make sheet fixed to the purlins with self-tapping screws with EPDM washers and sealed with sealant for arresting leakage. The roofing sheet shall be laid to an area with 0.30m projection alround from outer face of shelter. The truss work shall be painted with anti-corrosive painting two or more coats. The side of the truss work shall be covered with 0.47 mm "GALVALUME SHEET" (PPGL) with necessary frame work if required of 25 mm square tube.The sides shall be provided with 0.20 to 0.30m width PPGL plain sheets all round to avoid any water entering from sides. The fabrication of the trusses shall be done as per the approved truss diagram all complete as per the direction of Engineer- in- Charge. (Rate includes all the components and nothing extra shall be paid.) The measurement for payment shall be outer to outer dimension of shelter only.

Deduct for Using M- Sand ( ( Fine aggregate crushed stone sand of approved quarry )instead of Sand in RCC works and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
