Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated Hydro Extracting Machine 25 Kg capacity (Make : NAT steel equipments & XSONIC SYSTEM) auto controlled with elect motor 3 PH 415 V, 5 HP , including maintenance of complete electrical control pannel, door seal, door locking arrangement , leg spring , inner drum when plant is running complete for a period of 11 months incl minor parts/adjustments, lubrication and painting with one coat of Synthetic enamel paint one time during the period excluding major item mentioned below all as directed.

Comprehensive maint of Air Compressor 10 Kg per cm 2 capacity (Make : L-Hg Khosla) complete incl minor repair and topping up of mobil oil periodically complete except major item mentioned below for a period of 11 months incl painting with one coat of Synthetic enamel paint during the period after preparation surface complete. Mobil oil is to be replaced completely once in a year (Approx 5 Ltr) all as directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of Phneumatically operated steam heated auto temperature controlled flat bed press of size 750 x 1500 mm (Make : Xsonic System) complete including cleaning of padding cloth, for a period of 11 months and one coat of Synthetic enamel paint during preparation of surfaces once in a year except major items mentioned below all as directe.

Comprehensive maintenance of steam boiler oil fired type fully automatic of capacity 600 Kg/hour having fuel pump motor 3 PH, 415 V, 2 HP, thermax model RXA-6 for a period of 11 months incl overhauling of pump set, tunning of pumps, Lubricating etc complete except major items mentioned below during the period all as directed by Eng-in - charge.

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated front loading sluice machine 15 Kg capacity auto controlled having separate electric motor 3 Ph, 415 V, 2 HP/ 3 HP washing and extraction complete including mainting of complete electrical control pannel , shaft, pully, door seal, locking arrangement etc except major items mentioned below (Make : NAT steel equipments) for period of 11 months incl lubricants etc.

Comprehensive maintenance of callendering machine (Make : Snow white) Roller type of size 24" x 3" incl testing of steam valve, lubricant of gear system, adjustment of chain, pneumatic valve, replacing of twin threads, complete except major items mentioned below for a period of 11 months all as directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of drying tumbler, end loading type of capacity 25 Kg, and (Make : Nat steel) and 50 kg (make-xsonic system) incl aligning , lubricating and cleaning of gear monthly, etc complete for a period of 11 months incl minor repair and adjustment as required complete all as directed by engr - in-charge.MES NO- 253/0001-DT/01/10

Comprehensive maintenance of auto clave machine at OT for a period of 11 mohths including minor repair/maintenance and adjustment as except major items mentioned here - in-after.minor parts like- ss bolt,nut, glass braided wire of required size included in quated rate

Rewinding of elect motor induction 3ph, 415V, 50 C/S, 5 HP capacity with suitable size of copper wire and insulating materials, heat varnishing complete including changing of ball bearing 2 Nos.

Supply and fix as in repair SS door lock for washing machine complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge

M & L for repair to hydro exctractor by replacement of bright rod with nuts for foundation base frame - 03 Nos, grouting bolts & nuts - 03 Nos, repair of main SS drum - 01 No, pulley shaft - 01 No, foundation frame with necessary machining work as per site requirement - 01 No, 03 HP motor hanger as per attachment - 01 No, complete brake shoe assembly - 01 No, leg shaft - 03 Nos, GM main check nut of centrifugal SS drum - 01 No and necessary repairs of CI housing if required and assemble all parts and balancing SS centrifugal drum after disconnection of electrical as well as mechanical connections etc and re-installing the complete hydro extractor along with reconnecting all electrical connections and mechanical connection after performing a test load for 1 Hour after all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M & L for descaling of SS boiler tank of autoclave machine by opening of drum , removing of old worn out steam gasket and SS nuts & bolts and taking out all heating elements along with disconnecting electrical connection complete and descaling the tank witth proper descaling agent, refixing of all electrical connection and heating element and also replacing diapharam gasket and other necessary steam gasket, SS nuts & bolts testing complete twice in a year complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs after taking down the old unserviceable one, MCB SPN , up to 32 Amp 10KA braking capacity 230/240 volt AC as specified and directed. Make- Legrand cat no-4085 28 to 4086 36or equivalent model of Indoasian / Havells/ L &T

Make:- (a) Thermex for period of 334 days installed at CH(EC ) Kolkata as directed by Engr-in-charge (b) 01 No operator required for 01 shift of above mentioned M&O. Operator working with dress for 08 Hrs shall continue 01 shift
