Maintenance, Sweeping and cleaning of all lawns/vacant areas/hedge/plants, trees of Shanti Kunj Mandir Wala Park and Chaudhary Charan Singh Park including tree cutting , cleaning ,stackiing of all unusable material & transporting to manure preparation pit. watering & debedding of all the plants, lawn in above parks is to be done by contractor. Cleaning of all the toilets/urinal in parks/area mentioned above is to be done regular with phenole and nepthline balls are to be done regular with phenole and Nepthline balls arre to be provided to keep the facilities fresh and clean. if any plant dies during te period of maintinance then contractor has be replace at his own cost. complete includes all necessary T&P and work includes sanitization of park as per requirement or directions of Engineer Incharge. The complete work should be done as per direction & satisfaction Engineer incharge Terms and conditions are enclosed
