Dismentalling & removing doors windows & ventilators including removal of frames, hinges, fastening & stacking the same for re-use and removing the debris with in 50m lead, including cost of all labour with T&P etc. complete.

16mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:6) finished smooth to brick masonry including racking out joints including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

12mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:6) finished smooth to brick masonry including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

6mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:4) finished smooth to brick masonry including racking out joints including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Removing old tarfelt from roor slab, cleaning the surface, lowering and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete

2.5cm thick grading concrete of proportion (1:2:2) over roof slab using 12mm to 6mm size cb chips of approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Painting two coats with any approved plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer to interior wall surface including cost of all materials and labour with T&P etc complete in all respect.

Wall painting two coats with weather coat of approved shade & approved make to give an even shade etc including cost of all materials, taxes & labour with T&P etc. complete in all floors as per the direction of EIC.

Scrapping old paint with scrappers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges upto 5m height with cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete

Finishing wall surface with Acrylic wall putty of approved make & finished smooth & even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials, taxes, labour with T&P etc. complete in all floors.

Suplying fitting, fixing up window (Sliding type) made up aluminium section 9778 as windows frame section No. 4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting ,cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing, fitting, fixing of Aluminium. door with OEL anodized Al. door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top member & 9200 as bottom & middle member & 12mm thick pre laminated board fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip No. 4660 & the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle No. 1855 including all fitting ,cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
