Repairs to 10000 GPH x 290 meter head HC pump installed at pumping station Rakh Badali .The job involves disconnecting of all electrical connections, decoupling of pump from motor, unfastening from base frame suction and delivery, carrying pump set from pumping station to road side by way of head load and then to work shop by mechanical transportation. Dismantling the unit and extraction of internal assembly. Replacement of pump shaft ,worn out impeller 04 nos., neck rings 4 nos. diffusers 2nos., shaft protection sleeve 2nos., gland cup-2nos., check nut 2 nos., body bushes, bearings driving and non driving end bearings, tie bolts with nuts with new components as per size and specification of old samples. Assembling the units and shifting back to pumping station by using manual labour tools and tackles and mechanical transport. Coupling pump motor set alongwith replacement of damaged coupling set with new one after making proper alignment and leveling and thereafter testing pump and motor on load at site. Replacement of nuts and bolts and gaskets at delivery and suction side. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.

The job involves decoupling of pump from motor, unfastening from base frame, suction and delivery and loading of pump in the vehicle and its transportation to the workshop. Dismantling the pumping unit and extraction of internal assembly. Replacement of 04 nos. impellers, 03 nos. diffusers, 03 nos. neck rings, bearing brackets -2 nos., bearing driving and non driving end .The job includes remetalling of pump shaft and turning & finishing to bearing size and thereafter assembling the pumping unit including greasing work and shifting back to site. . Coupling pump motor set after making proper alignment & leveling and testing the pump set on no load and then on full load at site. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, to and fro, manual carriage charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.

Replacement of components of 8000 GPH x 250 meter head HC pump at pumping station Jib stage 1st (new) . The job involves decoupling of pump from motor, unfastening from base frame, suction and delivery and carriage of pump and motor and then loading in vehicle and shifting to workshop .Replacement of damaged pump shaft, impellers 03 nos., diffusers 03 nos., neck rings-3nos. body bushes 02 nos., driving and non driving end bearings , coupling set with corresponding new components conforming to old size and specifications. Thereafter assembling the pump and shifting back to site. Lowering on the base frame, coupling of pump and motor after making proper leveling, alignment and fitment thereof followed by testing on no load and on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, to and fro, manual carriage charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
