SPECIAL REPAIR RENOVATION OF ROADS OF KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA AT AF STATION OJHAR

Repairs to potholes n exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces or roads, paths etc; cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat @ 5Kg/10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, wel rammed and sealed with binderr 9.8 Kg/10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply) of premix macadam, binder and chippings depth of potholes exc 30mm. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of black top surface road by brushing with a mechanical broom and high pressure air jet for removing caked mud etc and applying Tack Coat with Catonic Bitumen emlusion (RS-1) @ 0.25 KG per Sqm (Normal bituminous surfaces) by using emulsion pressure distributor mechanical sprayer. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% inder content (paving bitumen VG-30 grade0 by weight of total mix using cement OPC 43 grade as filler material lying with string sensor paver and with marshal stability 9.0 KN at 60 degree C rolled and compacted to a required camber and gradient. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Premixed bituminous mecadam using 4% binder content laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for applying 2mm thick thermo plastic road marking compound of white/yellow of approved make, shade, for road marking of any width & girth & painting lines, dashes, arrows etc. on bitumen road/pavement & on concrete surfaces using hot processor plant including removing old paint by paint remover or burning off by blow lamps & cleaning with scrapers for removing all dirt/dust & other foreign matters at site and managing traffic control etc complete all as specified & directed of make : Apcotrack of Asian or equivalent in Shalimar/ Berger lewis/Nerolac/Johnson & Nicholson /Maruthi.

M & L Moorum filling as in berms of road including spreading levelling watering and consolidated with 8 to 10 tone power roller. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F informatry reflective sign board of required size 1.00 mtr x 0.60 mtr each, both side writing with stainless steel pipe frame of 40 mm x 40mm x2 mm thick aluminium sheet size as required with high intensity prismatic reflecting tape including 2 Nos of stainless steel post in each borad having 76mm dia, 16mm gauge steel duly polished for best shine fitted round globe on top of height 2.50 m each including excavation post hole with PCC complete all as specified and as directed. Cat No SE-1007 of Sun Eyex product or equivalent in specified make.
