Provision for hiring (for 6 months) of special type of lime mortar mill (pan type) electrical/mechnical for thorough grinding and mixing of lime mortar and making lime putty as per site requirement including diesel and maintenance.
Removal of blackening, old sulphated lime wash in multiple application without causing damage to the below plastered surface. Scrubbing (not by scraping which leaves surfaces scarred and scratched ) with bristle brushes and hot water ( Care to be taken if the surface is weak one it will break down). Hot water should be used if the blackening/limewash has an oil or tallow binder. Gentle cleaning with air abrasive tools can be used if the wall surface is not very week.The final clean will almost invariably have to be carried out by hand scrubbing and rinsed with clean water on completion. The work should be done under supervision of a trained conservator.
Hiring of water tanker (4500 ltrs) during excution of work. Since the water is salty at site and its not useful for lime mortar work.
Providing and fixing stone jali 40 mm thick throughtout in lime mortar of 1:1:1 (1 lime: 1 surkhi:1coarse sand), including pointing in lime mortar 1: 2 ( 1 Lime : 2 Stone dust) with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade, jali slab without any chamfared etc.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. NOTE:- To be used for maintenance work judicially necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Dismantling stone slab roofing (or Lakhori brick ) over wooden carries, including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. This job is highly risky, hence safety precautions need to be taken before execution of this item by duty constructing heavy duty scaffolding and form work to prevent collapsing of adjoining structures wherever necessary and requires execution under the supervision of a site inchrage so that historical evidences must not be destroyed falsified or removed.
