Removing existing water proofing treatment of any description from roof slabs, cleaning the surface using wire brushes etc, roughening the concrete surfaces picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg of cement per Sqm (Where PCC padding is to be provided) complete all as specified.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, 25 mm thick (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof paddding, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for renderenring 15mm thick using WPC on block masomary surfaces or concrete surfaces on roof top in CM 1:4 finished fair and smooth(without using extra cement) complete all as speified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M & L for water proofing treatment by applying oil bound bitumen primer, having a density of 0.87 - 0.89 Kg/lit, at the rate of 0.40 ltr/Sqm, providing and laying 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighting not less than 4 Kg/Sqm of approved make including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15cm end lap, laid and pasted with blue flame torching applications and finally finishing with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 0.1Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L repair of cracks by Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for applying two coats of water proofing coating system by applying shalicryl-215 of STP Ltd/Rain coat 601 of DR fixit /Barrier coat of Araldite over a coat of respective primer including preparation of plaster surface by complete removal of existing treatment including filling of crack with respective crack filler all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Acrylic washable distemper over a coat of alkaline resistance primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparing of old painted plastered surface of walls of any description including cornices and applying one coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade, weather proof antifungal paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and appling one coat of Acrylic washable distemper complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L preparing of old decorated plastered or un plastered surface of ceiling and applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

S & F for powder coated aluminium frame for door, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads,shoes,bends,swan-necks etc.

M & L 110 mm dia. PVC rain water pipes with Socket all as specified and directed.

M & L 110 mm dia. PVC rain water pipes bends all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Stack clamps out of 50mm by 5mm including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stay to wall or roof for 110mm pipe.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description and thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 40mm thick waterproof topping (by incorporating an approved mettalic floor hardener) laid on concrete floors and pavings.Metallic floor hardener and cement shall be throughly mixed to an even colour in dry state in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer.This mixture shall be mixed with crushed granite/basalt/trap as indicated (6mm and down) in the proportion 1:2 by volume.Requisite amount of water shall then be added to form a workable mixture and finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note ( Mettalic hardner shall be paid seperately )

Mettalic floor hardener of approved quality consisting of uniformally graded metal particles, free from non-ferrous metal particles,oil grease sand,soluble alkaline compounds for increasing abrasion resistance and shall be ironite,hardonate,ferronite or other equal and approved mettalic floor harderner complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix glass dividing strips of size 40mm X 3mm inserted in position and confirm to design complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 10mm thick PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium of Size 600 x 600 mm complete all as specified and directed

S&F for andoised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling Tee of size 24 x 28.5 mm made out of PGI sheet 0.3 mm thick double at web and single at flange, flange coverd with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick and wall angle 24 x 24 x 0.45 mm powder coated for ceiling all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix socket outlet 3/5 pin 6 Amps flush type, matching with existing make ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Wiring circuit / submain wiring alongwith earth wire with 2 run of 4.0 sq.mm and one run of 4 sq.mm earth wire of FR is PVC insulated copper conductor,single core cable in surface/recessed as required In casing/caping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
