Dismantling stone sett paving of any description, laid in sand or mortar, including removal of joints, taking out individual setts carefully, stacking serviceable materials for removing unserviceable materials from site, complete all as specified.

Removing dismantled stone setts, debris, sand, etc., from site to a distance not exceeding 50 metres, including loading, unloading, stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials as directed, complete all as specified.

M&L for refixing existing dismantled stone paving, including lifting, cleaning and stacking the stones carefully; preparing and repairing the sub-base with 100 mm thick PCC (1:3:6); re-laying the stones, bedded in cement mortar (1:3); forming 20 mm wide joints and grouting the same with cement mortar (1:2) admixed with metallic floor hardener @ 5% by weight of cement; finishing the joints flush with the surface, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Excavating over areas up to 1.5 m depth in any type of soil, including breaking existing sub-base of any description (such as WBM/WMM/GSB, brick ballast, pcc, etc.), getting out materials to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point for soil .

Rolling and consolidation formation surfaces in cutting at OMC to achieve 98 percent of maximum of dry density with 8 to 12 Tonne power roller including filling in soft spots, depression etc., which occur during rolling (for portion coming in cutting/original ground only) to required level and gradient including watering before and during rolling, complete all as specified and directed.

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natura sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with Mesh paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 8 to 10 Ton and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed

M&L 100mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified

M&L for Stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250mm long, 150 to 200mm wide and 150mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, joints 20mm thick; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck flush complete all as specifited and directed
