Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre depth for laying of UG cable / pole etc getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in excavated soil including spreading leveling, watering, well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick complete.

Removing of excavated materials not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed by Engr in Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point.

Supply and laying un-reinforce precast concrete cable cover, class LV type-1 with size 250 mm X150 mmx 40mm for protection of cable

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured and paid for.

Supply & Laying, testing & commissioning of LT UG cable XLPE sheathed PVC insulated,screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip of wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, in GI pipe , including brass cable glands, clamps etc of size 3.5 core x 240 sq mm complete all as specified.Make :- Polycab/Havells/KEI Note : Earthwork, sand cushioning, bricks, GI pipe, etc will be measured and paid under appropriate items

Cable indoor / outdoor end terminals jointing kit for LV/LT 1100 V cable heat shrinkable type joint kit complete with jointing material and accessories, thimbles etc suitable for 150 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable including testing after jointing, fixing in replacement complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with GI Earth Plate Electrode 600mm x 600mm x6mm, thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Metre below Ground Level with Top Edge of Earth Plate at depth not less than 1.50 Metre below Normal Ground Level, connected to Galvanised iron earth strip 32X6 mm drawn through and including Galvanised Iron protection Pipe 40 mm bore (dia) Light grade upto heightl of the transformer foundation where foundation situated by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and Washers etc Earth plate surrounded by a packed thickness of charcoal or coke dust mixed with common salt in alternate layers of not exc 150mm thick PCC Pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregrate ), Precast RCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregrate ) cover slab 350 x350 x 50mm thick reinforced with and including 8mm dia TMT Bars @ 10 cm Centre to Centre both ways GI Wire Mesh , Funnel, with GI Watering Pipe 20mm bore dia Medium grade necessary excavation in soft loose soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil upto a distance of 50 METRE and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part- I and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
