REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TRAETMENT, BRICK WORK, PLASTERING AND OTHER CONNECTED MISC WORKS AT CE RND AND DMDE AREAS UNDER AGE B/R -II SECUNDERABAD

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding concrete, coving of vertical junctions on chajjas, roof top etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm over the RCC slab and sides complete all as directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces on RCC roof slab and parapets mixed with Dr Fixit by weight of cement as per manufacturer instruction shall be carried out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - Rendering should be done by river sand only.

M&L water proofing treatment with polymeric standard membrane of weight not less than 3kg per sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) laid over primed surface by forced application complete. Shall be fused uniformly by LPG torch flame on horizontal/vertical/slope surface on roof and appplying two coat of aluminium paint @100ml per sqm over APP membrabe complete and include removing and disposal out of the MOD land of existing felt and rendering all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - Rendering should be done by river sand only and after complition of aluminium painting work outer surface of parapets wall should be match with eatenal wheather proop paint (Apex ultima) without any extra cost.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall 70mm wide and 65mm deep and sweeping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) mix with liquid water proofing as per manufactures directions and making good in CM 1:3 after inserting membran into the groove complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 20 to 25 mm thick on concrete / brick surface in CM 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) duly mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finished (Note : - Rendering should be done by river sand only.) and Providing and carry out water proofing treatment to sound, moisture free concrete surface system includes proper surface preparation to remove loose dust, dirt, loose mortar , curing compound etc carry out cementitious injectiongrouting at leakage points and construction joints using cement slurry modified with Cebex 100 plasticised expandive ground admixture supplies in 225 gm pouch,treatment of construction joints using polymer modified mortar prepare by using Nitobond SBR latects, application of polymer modified batta at floor, wall junction, filling of annular space around rain water outlet using conbextra GP2 non shrink cementoinous grouts. Andulated surface and pot hole shall be treated with epoxy mortar or putty to obtained sound/ levelled surface. Application of primer Nito proof WB primer on sound mortar slab surface. Followed by application of coat of Nito proof 600 PF liquid applied single component pitch free polyurithane coating supplied in 25 kg drum coverage @ 2.30 Kg/ m2 to achieve 1.5mm thickness in two coats complete incluidng all tools and tackles as per manufacturers specifcation. Coating shall be having crack bridging of 2mm, elongation ( ASTMD 124 ) greater than 600 percentage, tensile strength ( ASTM D412) , 2.5 N/MM2 , recovery from elongation ( ASTM D412) , 95 percentage, 85 percentage of solid contantents, tear resistance ( ASTM D624) , 15 KN/M, shore A hardness ( ASTM D2240) , 60, water vapour transimission not more than 1 gm / M2 ,water permeability ( DIN -1048) - NIL, services tempreature - 40'c to 70 dgree 'c , flash point greater than 70'C HSE guidelines and Including removing or taking down existing surface any type :- It is recommanded to provide adequate general and local exhust ventilations, providing protection to Eye, face, Hand and other skin by wearing appropriate glouse, google, face cilid, respiratory protectionetc. directed in SDS of the product.
