Dismantling / Taking out Unserviceable HT/LT cables for replacement of any size from any position i.e ground / walls / poles / culverts etc complete with protection pipe all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Earth work shall be measured and paid seperatly

Excavation in trenches/ foundation in soft/ disintegrated soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and n'exc. 1.50m deep for HT under ground cable/pole foundation and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level or slope, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25Cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material in soft/ loose soil n'exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n'exc1.5M above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to U/G cable in layers of 23cm thick( 8 Cm before laying the cable and 15Cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only Puned thickness / layers shall be measured.

M & L old size brick well burnt, laid flat, for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor on wall with the help of shadel of size 120 Sqmm 3 core as required at site.

Calibration and testing of combined inverse time over current earth fault and instantaneous relay for cheking and cleaning and insure physical healthlines with visul check for healthy tripping of over current and earth fault setting tripping timer ratio setting instantaneous time setting etc. as per insalled capacity of transformers with artificial current injunction on primary & secondary with current injunction machine complete all as directed.

Testing of over current & earth fault IDMT relays as per time/ current characteristics by secondary injection test at 50%, 75%, 100 % plug setting and operating time at twice the set value & TMS 1 and calibrating including well cleaning and decarbonizing of relay contacts.

Taking out Transformer from site with the help of chain pully / motorised crain and transporting to work shop and return back after repair & re-installed at site including testing,commissioning all as directed at site.
