Providing and laying in position of cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 coarse sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centring ,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form work for :

a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

b) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. a) Cold twisted bars.

Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete :- a) Sand from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 25.00 Km. by M.T. b) Stone aggregate (Crusher bajree) below 20mm nominal size from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 25.00 Km. by M.T. c) Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size & above from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 25.00 Km. by M.T
