M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (20 mm graded stone agg) as in foundation filling and sunken floors etc all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded aggregate) cement concrete as a leveling course on roof surfaces and coping etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of bldg materials exc 5 KM but not exc 15.00 KM and depositing where direted complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bituminous primer 0.25 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface of plaster as per manufacturer's instructions, manufactured by the same agency of APP membrane. After applying of bituminous primer applying evenly a coat of bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm incl cleaning surfaces. Providing and laying five layered 4 mm thick APP(Atatic poly propylele) modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with min wt of 4.60 Kg/Sqm, as specified here-in-after. The APP membrane shall be laid using torch on application with minimum 100 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of the membrane. The APP membrane shall be taken upto minimum 200 mm on vertial surfaces. The edge of the membrane shall be sealed with sealant. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortar 1:4 to provide requisite slope towards rain water pipe outlet over the APP membrane provide a polypropylene/polyester, non woven geotextile fabric of 150 gram/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of bituminous primer and a coat of bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg/Sqm for APP membrane omplete all as specsified and directed .

M&L for 50 mm dia and 350 mm long medium grade GI pipe spouts with wire gauge on inside mouth to be fixed before water proofing treatment of sunken slabs by cleaning RCC slab surface floors and walls by wire brush and rendering 6mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with integral WPC on uneven surface to make it even. Fill it water and check for dampness and seepage, all junctions points of side walls where CI/GI pipe are passing shall be sealed with epoxy mortar. Apply two coats of polymer modified cementious water proofing coating of minimum thickness of 1 mm each layer as per manufacturers instructions on floor & walls (upto 100 mm above FFL) and spray coarse sand on surface when the second layer is still sticky. Apply 20 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with integral WPC of approved make on floors and walls including rounding of corners and junctions stoping towareds spouts. All pipes laid in sunken portions shall be covered with 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all around after painting with anti corrosive black japan paint on GI/CI pipes. Test the water proofed area by filling water at least 72 hours and tested for leakage/seepage for the entire satisfaction of GE. After above said treatment apply two coats of hot blown bitumen @ 1.5 Kg /Sqm for each coat and laying 50 micron black polythene film in floors complete all as specified and directed. (Note : If leakage/Seepage occured after filling water at least 72 hours, the above said treatment will be re-done completely)

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450x300x7 mm thick but as on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L light shade double charged virified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floor including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.
