Demolition of precast concrete block walling masonary ,built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., complete , all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc., including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete ,all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) , complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 04 here in before but except stone ( service able stones shall be used as obtained from serial item No 01 here in before ), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast PCC (1:3:6) , type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bond stones , set in cement mortar (1:6), complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm dia PVC (SWR), type B pipe ,single socketed, in any length laid in retaining wall , complete ,all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) , type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggrgate ,as in coping to walls etc., including necessary formwork, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete ,complete ,all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete ,complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for ,complete ,all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4), type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains etc., complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, mould, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete, all as specified and directed.

M &L for pre-cast cement concrete (1:3:6 ) ,type C1,using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering incement mortar(1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface/stone masonary ,finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work or masonry complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rates include the required exavation of hard/dense soil for receiving the new concrete for foundation filling etc .

Excavating in post holes each n exc 0.5 cum,, getting out, removing surplus soil to distance n exc 50 m and making good surface, in hard / dense soils ,complete ,all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shaps as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc ; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) embedded in concrete/mosnary complete duly tar painted and sanded the embedded portion of angle iron including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete, all as specified and directed

Fixing only old servicable retrieved mild steel work obtained from dismantling of post or struts as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shaps as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc ; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) embedded in concrete/mosnary complete duly tar painted and sanded the embedded portion of angle iron including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs , Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia ,barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed Note : Each line of wire shall be measured.

Restraining, resecuring including making good staples etc. of galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing in any type of standard rails, straining bolts incl securing or tying any crossings with provn of MS wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each line of wire shall be measured.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on walls including preparation of new plastered surfaces, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of new surface of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth , complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of steel of any description , over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint). , complete, all as specified and directed.

Cleaning & desludging of manholes, depth not exc 1.0 m, of any size & shape by removing all sludge / waste etc from the manholes and finally cleaning with fresh water for smooth functioning of sewage line and manhole. Waste obtained shall be removed to outside of MD land and burried in ground including necessary excavation, earth work and spreading of bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) No extra cost for necessary excavation and refilling with excavated soil over the sludge and bleaching powder shall be paid and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for this provision. (ii) The cleaning of manhole shall be carried out mechanically using apropriate technological appliances.

Cleaning of gully traps by removing all sludge / waste etc including cleaning of connected pipe up to 1st Man Hole to remove blockage, and finally washing with clean water including disposing of all sludge / waste etc (in covered tanks) outside M.O.D land complete all as specified and directed. `

Cleaning of floor traps (at ground floor) by removing all sludge / waste etc including cleaning of connected pipe up to gully trap to remove blockage, and finally washing with clean water including disposing of all sludge / waste etc (in covered tanks) outside M.O.D land complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of blockage from Indian WC / EWC (at ground floor) by removing all sludge / waste etc including cleaning of connected pipe up to first manhole to remove blockage, and finally washing with clean water including disposing of all sludge / waste etc (in covered tanks) outside M.O.D land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning & desludging of septic tanks of capacity 30 to 50 users by pumping out sewage & slludge including disposing of all waste including liquid in covered tanks outside MOD land and finally cleaning & washing of tank with fresh water complete.

Cleaning of existing sewer lines of dia 100 to 200 mm, any depth not exceeding 2.50 m deep by mechanically using appropriate technological appliances as required at site including manholes, inspection chamber, testing after cleaning and getting out sludge and accumulated solids / semi solids from connected manholes / Lines, removing the sludge / spoil min 250 mtrs away from MOD land and refixing the manhole cover complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil , complete , all as specified and directed.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer ,as in soil, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point ,complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 100 mm/110mm dia bore (salt glazed stoneware drain pipe/PVC pipe) including PCC packing under haunching against the sides of pipe, and complete PCC bed and removing of debris to a distance exc 1.0 Km but n.exc 2.0 Km complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of existing water closet (squatt pattern) and foot rest with vitreous china (white) first quality water closet, Orissa pattern size 580x440mm with integral foot rests, including 100mm cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap and 100mm cast iron sanitary connection socket to fit WC outlet , complete including fixing of flush pipe with seat and making good the disturbed floor surfaces to match with existing and making connections serviceable complete all as specified and directed MAKE : HINDWARE/PRAYAG/JAQUAR/PARRYWARE/CERA.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar, concrete bedding and removing rubbish off the premises, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) ,type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, as in sub base of floor etc., complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x450x5to6mm thick as in dado over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the colour of tile , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid, joint free (edge cut) coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch Of Credit of Rs. 49460.00
