M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450mm x 300mmx 7mm thick over and including 10mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Coloured Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing with all fittings for 15 mm bore GI tubing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing with all fittings for 20 mm bore GI tubing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finish, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 is to be finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation old surfaces of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling surfaces, pilasters etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood or wood based material and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on surface of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
