Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 80mm bore for cable protection, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement including all fittings, complete all as specified and directed. Note(s): (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) MS Clamps with fixing bolts, nuts & washers etc as required shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 50mm bore for cable protection, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement including all fittings, complete all as specified and directed. Note(s): (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) MS Clamps with fixing bolts, nuts & washers etc as required shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for cable protection, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement including all fittings, complete all as specified and directed. Supplying, laying, testing, connecting and commissioning under ground LT cable with aluminium stranded conductor, size 240Sqmm, 3.5core, 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, XLPE insulated, armoured, complete laid in trenches/fixed to pole or laid under floor /drawn through pipe, with suitable size cable glands, crimping type cable lugs etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & earthwork for trenches, protection bricks/concrete blocks, MS Pipes/PVC Pipes with MS Clamps, bolts & nuts, washers etc, shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level (depth of pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level), earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized iron wire 4mm dia (8SWG) by means of MS galvanised bolts & nuts, check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point or equipment, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm bore (ISI Marked), and watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade (ISI Marked of specified make) with funnel & wire mesh, including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover (in lieu of CI cover), all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI wire earthlead and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt. (v) For effective visibility, identification and traceability of earth pit (EP) with corresponding earth of eqpt and bldg, markers in metal (Mild Steel) shall be provided. Earth test of earth pit is to be provided with a colour code. The direction regarding the size, shape and colour of the Mild steel identification board etc, shall be given by the Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) On completion of the entire work, the contractor shall submit a register/record showing location of earthing, earth value, date of testing, user`s signature etc to the Engineer-in-Charge. (vii) The work is to be carried out in replacement of existing earthing. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for taking out, dismantling & disposal of metalic materials/components of old earthing and credit for retrieved metallic material shall be deducted as per 'Schedule of Credit'.

Excavation over area not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out, in hard/dense soil, including dressing / trimming sides, levelling, grading bottom, and ramming of bottom of excavation, including watering, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, as in hard/dense soil, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth & not exceeding 10sqm on plan, for foundation etc., dressing/trimming sides and levelling/grading bottom surfaces, watering & well ramming to the required level/slope, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed / broken stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC (un-reinforced) in ground floors & paving n.exc 15cm thickness, below or above ground level, and removal of debris out side MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including in quoins, pillars etc, and removal of serviceable bricks/ useful brick bats to store for reuse or credit, and the rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.
