Providing & laying rubble stone soling using spotless stones of consolidated thickness (150 / 230 mm) with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum/crushed sand, watering, consolidating & finishing to required levels etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. at all level and locations complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M-30 in foundation, plinth and super structure at all levels and locations conforming to I.S.456-2000 (latest) using 20mm. maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing, scaffolding etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the EIC.

For all type of Structural / RCC Elements.

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) conforming to IS :4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC items supplied by approved RMC manufacturers for all type of structural elements/ RCC elements including transporting, pumping, at all levels & locations etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge.

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Note:- The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment.) (Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL and RINL only.)

Providing, centering & shuttering form work using plywood to get neat form finished surface, such that plastering is not required for slabs, beams etc. including support on brick wall / adjacent RCC beam, strutting & proping etc. and removal of the same, filling of holes left by form ties and rods, cleaning up of loose, adhering debris etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using Ready mix cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pointing below ground level, curing, scaffolding etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 15 mm thick Ready Mixed Internal Plaster (RMP) of approved make for internal faces of brick work/ concrete/ RR wall, cable pits, trenches, chambers, steps, at all levels & locations etc. for surfaces for all walls and beams flush with walls, mullions etc. including preparation of the surface even and smooth to correct line, level, plain & plumb including rounding if necessary at all leads and locations on slope, plain & curved surfaces, curing, cleaning, scaffolding, complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 20 mm thick sand faced plaster using Ready Mixed Plaster (RMP) of approved make for internal faces of brickwork/ concrete/ RR wall, cable pits, trenches, chambers, steps, at all levels & locations etc. surfaces for all walls and beams flush with walls, mullions etc. including preparation of the surface even and smooth to correct line, level, plain & plumb including rounding if necessary at all lead and locations on slope, plain & curved surfaces, curing, cleaning, scaffolding, complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying synthetic plaster finish paint "Renovo/ Durashield/ RUF & TUF of Sherwin Williams[BJN Paints]/ Chemtex or approved equivalent paint over plastered surface by applying one coat of approved coat as per manufacturer's specification by trowel and applying Two coats finish with approved colour and shade on specified locations internal/external surface in plane, curved/ any geometric shape as recommended by approved manufacturer to perfect line, level, plumb including finishing with sharp edge at corners, nitches etc. all as per manufacturer's recommendations and specification or as directed by EIC including all labour materials, scaffolding, double height staging, if required & surface preparation etc. all complete at all heights, leads, location and lifts as specified in drawing and as directed by the EIC. Note:- Finished surface area shall be measured for payment.

a) Brick pattern/ wooden texture design/ multi design or any approved design over brick/concrete/RR masonry surface.

Extra over plastering items for making and finishing in matching plaster cement mortar 1:3 finish grooves of various sizes as per Architectural drawing , in plaster, at all locations to proper line, leveland plumb all as per specifications , drawing & as directed by EIC

Making various moulds / bands (projections from plaster) of sizes upto 100 mm wide and 20/25mm thick in curve/square shapes around circular/rectangular columns in C.M. 1:3 as specified below, in proper line, level, shape and design as shown in the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The cost of GI wire mesh used here will be paid under relevent item seperately.

a) Providing & laying 18mm thick natural granite stone flooring/dado/skirting at all floor & levels . A) In flooring with cement mortar 1:4 RMP, 20 mm thick bedding . B) In dado/ skirting laid over cemet mortar 1:4 RMP with backing 12 mm thick.

Providing & laying flooring/ skirting with antiskid Vitrified tiles of first quality Endura of M/s. H&R JOHNSON (INDIA) Ltd or M/s. Pavit or approved equivalent of size 400” x 400” x 12 mm & 15/16 mm thick in required pattern with granite border antiskid pattern and combination of series & Colour or as per manufacturer's specifications, laid directly over tile using polymer cum cement based adhesive manufactured by Roffe Construction – NSA (non skid adhesive) or M/s. Ardex Endura chemicals – Gold star or other approved equivalent make/ removing existing flooring and fixing new flooring using 20 mm thick Ready mix cement mortar bedding with necessary cement slurry of required consistency under and over cement mortar bedding in respect of flooring and fixed over 12 mm thick backing cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) in respect of skirting, close jointed and grouted white/ colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings/ cut out wherever necessary including wastage for odd shape of room and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc. complete all as per specification, drawings, relevant IS code & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Pattern and design of flooring/ skirting/ dado shall be approved by the Engineer-in-charge before commencement of work.

a) In flooring with 400 X 400 X 12 & 15/16mm or as specified.

b) In dado/ Skirting Tiles of size as specified in 15/16mm thick.

Providing & laying flooring/ skirting with antiskid Vitrified tiles of first quality Endura of M/s. H&R JOHNSON (INDIA) Ltd or M/s. Pavit or approved equivalant of size 300” x 300” x 12mm & 15/16 mm thick in required pattern with granite border antiskid pattern and combination of series & Colour or as per manufacturer's specifications, laid directly over tile using polymer cum cement based adhesive manufactured by Roffe Construction – NSA (non skid adhesive) or M/s. Ardex Endura chemicals – Gold star or other approved equivalent make/ removing existing flooring and fixing new flooring using 20 mm thick Ready mix cement mortar bedding with necessary cement slurry of required consistency under and over cement mortar bedding in respect of flooring and fixed over 12 mm thick backing cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) in respect of skirting, close jointed and grouted white/ colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings/ cut out wherever necessary including wastage for odd shape of room and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc. complete all as per specification, drawings, relevant IS code & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. a) In flooring with tiles of approx. size 300 mm x 300 mm similar to Salt & Pepper (White/Grey)/ Rigato/ Athelon of M/s. H& R Johnson (I) ltd. Or similar tile of other approved make, laid directly over existing tile using tile on tile polymer cum cement based adhesive.

b) In Dado/ skirting with tiles of size 300 x 100 mm similar to Salt & Pepper (White/Grey)/ Rigato/ Athelon of M/s. H& R Johnson (I) ltd. Or similar laid over 12 mm thick ready mix cement mortar 1:4 backing, jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade & finishing the top of skirting etc. complete including dismantling the existing dado/ skirting tile and backing cement mortar disposal of debris etc. complete.

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: Important Notes: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site, simultaneous transportation and disposal at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC, complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing by using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4. Polymer required for the work shall be procured by the Agency from approved Manufacturers Like M/s Astra , M/s Anuvi, M/s Apcotex or other approved equivalent manufacturer conforming to technical requirements as below and the invoices/challans etc to be submitted to EIC for record. Appearance: Milky white Ph- value : 9-10 Specific gravity : 1.055+/-0.005 Solid contents(%w/w)-: 44+/-1 Viscocity at 25 degree C temperature (in sec): 15-20 Testing of the material as per relevant codes at NABL approved third party Lab. is to be done by the Agency for every batch/lot of supply. 5. Bond coat should be applied @ 0.37 ltr./layer/sq.m. 6. Minimum FM of silica sand should be 2.10

a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Polymer used for this work in KG shall be measured for payment.

Structural steel work using M. S. Yst 240 Grade of approved manufacture welded, riveted, bolted in built up sections, trusses stair case, railings, ladder and framed work for the following at all floors and locations, heights including scaffolding, bracing, multi level staging, lead etc., in grills, guard bars for windows, frames, covers, cover bracket for slanting chajja etc. using specified Structural steel sections like angles, tees, flats, bars, chequered plates, sheets Channel/ I sections, M. S. Angle/ tubes/ pipes/ RHS/ SHS, joists, bolts & nuts etc. of required shape, sizes including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding bending to shape, (curved) wastages, hoisting/ erecting, fixing in position, making holes/ chases wherever required and fixing/ embedding in position in concrete/ brick work with necessary anchor fasteners, bolts etc. and finishing the concrete/ brick work after fixing/ embedding including painting one coat Zinc chromate primer over shop coat of approved anticorrosive primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on all exposed suface etc. with wooden finish complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick (min.) factory made interlocking paver blocks manufactured by M/s. Super tiles or other approved make having approved colour, shade, size, shape of matt finished and anti skid lacquerd finish paver blocks of M-35 grade of footpath including supplying & laying 50 mm thick stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base properly, vibrating with the surface vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface including disposal of debris at directed place within Anushaktinagar etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing factory made precast cement concrete 1:2:4 kerb stones of size 125 mm wide and 375 mm deep (5" x 15") curved at inner edge of 25 mm radius manufactured by M/s. Super Tiles or other equivalent approved manufacturer including necessary form work, compaction, finishing, curing, fixing with RMP CM 1:4, jointing and pointing in RMP cement mortar 1:4 including earth work and 75 mm thick & 200 mm wide PCC 1:4:8 for foundation below kerb stone and including painting the kerb stones in pattern with two coats of flat oil paint of approved colour and shade over one coat of approved primer including preparing surfaces and cleaning etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting surfaces with two coats of Oil bound distemper of approved make & shade over two coats of approved primer consist of thoroughly scrapping oil bound distemper/ white wash surface, applying a coat of approved cement primer, filling up the cracks with approved crack filling compound, applying approved stucco putty to fill up crevices, mild depression etc. thoroughly scrapping the surface, applying 2nd coat of approved cement primer over putty work, apply two coats of Oil bound distemper paint including necessary covering material and removal of splashing & droppings from floors, walls including scaffolding, ladder as required & disposing off debris within colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying Artistic paint work using approved acrylic wall paints with lequer finish on approved picture of required size over the existing surface including all, as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample including providing necessary scaffolding,cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating, dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Painting plastered/ concrete surfaces with two coats of exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint of Apex ultima of M/s. Asian Paints of approved colour and shade over a coat of approved exterior grade primer of M/s. Asian Paints all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample including providing necessary scaffolding, cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating, dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Painting old wood/ steel work with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make over one coat of primer including preparing surfaces, through scapping of MS work, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding & cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing random rubble masonry with rough dressed hard stone at all levels and locations in Ready mix cement mortar 1:4 including through stone, header stone, bond stone, quoins etc. well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, striking, raking out joints & finishing the joints, including scaffolding, curing etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

a) Stones supplied by Contractor.

b) Stones supplied by department free of cost.

Raised & Cut pointing to RR masonry wall with Ready mix cement mortar 1:4 at all levels & location including racking out joints, pointing neately and finishing the joints, curing scaffolding etc., complete all as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing PCC/ Bitumen Road/ WBM/ RCC/ Brick work/ RRM etc. carefully including cutting of reinforcement bars at all floors and levels by using electrical jack hammer/ manually without damaging existing structure including finishes waterproofing etc. stacking serviceable materials and removing the debris in gunny bags and bringing down through staircase and disposing off debris inside colony at directed place etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 304 grade Stainless steel (20 guage) letter with lacquer finish in Hindi and English including marking, cutting, making to required size and shape of approx. Width upto 345 mm, height upto 360 mm and depth 30 mm with golden plating at all levels and locations on MS plate etc. complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel work using SS-304 stainless steel sections such as perforated stainless sheet panels, seamless pipe/ tube of designed size square, tees, angles, plate, flat patti and other sections as required for work at all levels & locations with brushed finished/ satin matt finished at all locations as required, as per approved pattern & design including necessary S.S bend, tees, brackets, base/ cover plate and holders clamps to hold pans in all size & shapes etc. welding/ nut bolt necessary anchoring, polishing and fixing in concrete/ brick wall etc with S.S lugs/ anchor fasteners, making pockets, concreting, making good the surfaces including all wastage etc. as per specifications approved drawings including removing existing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

a) 2 mm thick perforated S.S. Sheet (SS-304) as per approved pattern.

b) Stainless steel for railing.

Providing and fixing precoated with high durable polyster paint G.I. CRCA 0.5 mm (min.) thick with Manglore tile profile steel sheets manufactured by M/s. Safintra sheets or other approved equivalent make in Trimflute profile fixing over structural steel members on terraces including necessary ridges and gable ends, valley and 200 mm overlaping, fixing the sheet with self tapping SS Screws fixed with machine with bituminous washers/ G.I. bolt of 8 mm. The base metal shall be CRCA steel as per IS :513, having minimum yield strength of 240 MPa and minimum UTS of 280 MPa galvanized to 120gsm zinc coating mass (total both sides) as per IS : 277, conforming to AS:35366 class 3 of Rustshield/ Corroshield make etc. all complete as per approved drawing and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note: Mode of measurement: Top plan width x Length of sheet after fixing shall be measured for payment. Corrugation, overlaps shall not be measured.

Providing anf fixing approved central sculpture tree FRP statue of approved design and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & fixing of various size (Approx. 2.5m/ 3m/ 3.5m, 4m in width and Height 2.5m/ 3m/ 3.5m in position gear type operated by mechanically winding handle, steel rolling shutter for following size conforming to IS 6248 latest consist of 75mm widw 15G lath inner locked together through there entire length and jointed together at the end by end lock including all the necessary fittings & fixtures and MS top hood guide channels, shutter suspension shaft with tested springs, ball bearing,ceilling strips, locking arrangement from inside and outside crank handle etc. including providing and fixing 600 mm wide jally through width of shutter, fixing guides in masonry/ Concrete with necessary coach screw, nut and bolt with necessary accessaries Viz MS brackets, painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour over a coat of approved steel primer generally as per drawing, specification directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Oiling, greasing & servicing of mild steel rolling shutters of assorted size both inside the guides & top hood gear box etc. complete including cost of all materials, tools, grease, oil etc. required for servicing etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing name board for shops using 18 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides including providing recessions for hinges and providing & fixing necessary fittings, all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing, fixing one side polish black granite stone name plaque at Entrance wall made up of 18 mm thick single piece stone of required size in Hindi & English letter writing with golden engraving as per drawing etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Designing, supplying, providing S.S plate 1mm thick as inauguration plate with black/ coloured etching of required text, logo, design in required size complete as directed by Engineer -In-Charge.

Providing & fixing concrete 3D printed Bus stop using modern technology automated process through mass customization. It should have multiple elements that converges into a cohesive automated system.

BUS STOP Using 3D printing(C3DP) manufacturing process, where the material(Concrete) is added layer by layer to build the structure(BUS STOP). It should be operated through an automated system, by Industry 4.0 era technology digital Construction of Godrej TVASTA or approved equivalent. It should include finishing of Bus stand with Backelite LED Boards granite slab for seater. Notes:- i) PCC and Concrete for Foundation shall be measured under respective item. ii) Crane service for unloading the module and installation shall be added in the rate to arrive at the total cost.
