SCHEDULE 'A' PART - X (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS Note: For items of INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS, notes given at the beginning of Schedule ‘A’ Part - II ( INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS) shall also be applicable.

S & F of Two way Bib taps, chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down and screwed for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of chromium-plated Urinal spreader, for fixing with 15 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS Note: For items of INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS, notes given at the beginning of Schedule ‘A’ Part - III (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS) shall also be applicable.

One light point controlled by one way 6A modular switch.

One Ceiling/Exhaust fan point controlled by one way 6A modular switch and regulator.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS Note: For items of EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS notes given at the beginning of Schedule ‘A’ Part - IV (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS) shall also be applicable.

Construction of stone masonry valve pit of Size 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm (Type 'B') for gate valve all as specified and as per drawing including plastering, Plain Cement Concrete in foundation, excavation and earthworks in any type of soil, Mild Steel sheet cover 3 mm thick sheet with locking arrangements, painted with two coats of anti-corrosive paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer as per Typical Drawing CEBZ/TD/43/2011 complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS Note: For items of EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS, notes given at the beginning of Schedule ‘A’ Part - V (EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY WORKS) shall also be applicable.

M&L for boring holes of size upto 50mm with horizontal drilling machine under the road for laying of pipes for protection of UG cables without damaging the road and making good thereafter all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying tubes, "High Grade", 40mm bore galvanised, with all fitting laid in trenches for protection of underground cables complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS Note: For items of SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS, notes given at the beginning of SCHEDULE 'A' PART - VIII (SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS) shall also be applicable.

M & L for Construction of Septic Tank for 100 users desiged to carry sewage and sullage water, excacation in ordinary soil, foundation in Plain Cement Concret 1:4:8, Reinforced Cement Concrete M-30 Design Mix in walls, base slab, baffle walls and roof slab including berms etc. with vent shaft and sluge chamber, manhole openings with cover, conections etc. complete with effective depth of 1.5 m and overall depth of 3 m with Brickwork in Cement Mortar 1:4 etc. as per Typical Drawing CEBZ/TD/76/2011 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Construction of Soakage Well 2.4 m dia x 4.50 m deep, excavation in ordinary soil, foundation in Plain Cement Concret 1:3:6, wells of honey combed masonry with bands of M-25 Concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber, Brickwork in Cement Mortar 1:4, RCC cover slab & interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats as per Typical Drawing CEBZ/TD/78/2011 complete all as specified and directed.
