REPLACING OF OLD WOODEN WINDOWS OF GAIL NAGZIRI AND NANAKHEDA COLONY WITH ALUMINIUM WINDOWS

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead area up to 3 SQM. as per the directions of EIC.

Providing and fixing GI chicken mesh on wall etc. as directed by EIC.

Brick work with brick of minimum class designation 35 Localy available in foundation and floor 6 levels in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 coarse sand)

Repair to plaster of thichness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm. And under i/c cutting the patches in proper shape . Raking out the joint and preparing plastering the wall i/c disposal of rubbish all compleate as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint on old/New work (ASIAN PAINT-APEX ULTIMA BRAND/ICI DULUX-WHEATHERSHEILD MAX/BERGER -WHEATHER COAT) including Primer of Asian make necessary applying putty wherever required.TWO OR MORE COAT

Painting with synthetic enamel paint for old wood /steel work including necessary surface preperation scrapping and priming coat. ONE OR MORE COAT

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint on old work (ASIAN/DULEX/BERGER MAKE) including Primer of Asian make necessary applying putty wherever required & as per direction by EIC.TWO OR MORE COAT

Providing and fixing 18mm thick Granite(Cherry-Red/Black)stone window sil & wherever required, mirror polished, machine cut of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment including rubbing, curing etc. complete at all levels including ROUNDING OF EDGES,CORNERS BUFFING ,POLISHING COMPLETE wherever required.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern as per direction by EIC Fixed to openings /frames with rawl plugs screws etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete

Providing and fixing of glass panes with putty/beading/neoprene gasket, glazing clips/nails wherever necessary as per instructions of EIC including removal AND DISPOSAL of broken glass panes and refixing old wooden fillets glass panes 4mm thick (Float/Frosted glass pane)

Supplying & fixing of Fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4mm wide aperture with matching of aluminium beading for doors, windows and clerestory windows of approved pattern with screws etc. complete for windows.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 (powder coated aluminium Minimum thickness of powder coating of 50 micron), fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, CP brass/ stainless steel screws , all complete as per the directions of engineer in charge (Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately).including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provisions for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC /neoprene gasket required For fixed portion.

For shutters/sliding doors,window & ventilators including providing and fixig hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings including locking arrangment wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required i/c all fitting wherever required powder coated aluminium(minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) as per the directions of EIC.
