M & L for applying black bituminous paint on surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone, etc., exceeding 10cm in width or girth complete.

M&L for Preparation of new Steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide over 10 cm width or girth complete.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep & averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

M & L for repair & rehabilitation of existing old damaged concrete surfaces of RCC over head tanks upto 7.50 mtr height of any description as follows :- (i) Chipped off the old damaged surfaces of structural member of wall/ceiling/columns /beams and remove the rust by passivating rust remover (Sika Rust off-100) and applying one coat of anti corrossive treatment by Zinc rich primer (Friazinc-R) (ii) application of two coat of Sika slurry coating/Bond coat on surfaces with mixer of Sika Latex power : Water : cement in the ratio of 1:4:8 as per manufacturer instruction. (iii) Repair the surfaces by Polymer mortar in ratio of Cement and Sand 1:4 and mixer of Sika latex power diluted in water with ratio of Sika latex power : water is 1:6 complete as per manufacturer instruction and making surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note for item no 26, 27 & 28 : (i) Work will be carried out in patches. (ii) The work will be carried out through authorised applicator of manufacturer. Make : Sika or equivalent

Ditto all as per item no 26 above but exc 7.50 mtr to 15.00 mtr height

M & L for application of epoxy bonding primer for old to new concrete bonding (Sikadur-32 LP) as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sika or equivalent

Supply only Sika latex power liquid water proofing compound.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick on RCC, stone, masonry surfaces or fair face of brickwork in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth with WPC as per manufacturer instruction (without using extra cement) complete. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

S&F GI pipe of light grade 40 mm dia fixed as protection pipe of required length using 30x5mm FI clamps made to shape incl nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L cutting out concrete blocks, slabs, brick-work or stone masonry (in alternate course), forming toothings for and bonding new work in mortar into old work,including new materials entering old wall for PCC 1:3:6 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in complete finishing surfaces.
