Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power etc) complete (fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulator socket etc shall be measured and paid separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable sub main wiring and removing from the site and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring concealed type for Modular fitting with 1.5 sq mm Nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dollywith suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC Concealed conduit of 20mm dia or higher, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories , blanking plate etc suitable for upto required module etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces to match theexisting for one light / bell / fan point controlled by one, one way switch 06 Amp, complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item no. 3.00 but 05 amp socket outlet on same board with 1.5 sqmm FRLSH copper conductor.

Description all as per item no. 3.00 but light point controlled by two way switch with 1.5 sqmm FRLSH copper conductor.

Description all as per item no. 3.00 but 15 amp socket outlet on independent board with 2.5 sqmm FRLSH copper conductor as main, neutral & earth.

Description all as per item no. 3.00 but for AC/Geyser point with 4 sqmm FRLSH copper conductor as main, neutral & earth.

M&L point wiring with casing capping duly fitted on wall for Normal / Modular switches with 1.5 sqmm , single core , multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed (FRLS) cable 1100 Volts grade, drawn through casing capping as requirement of site including cadmium plated screws as per ISI, including 1.5 Sqmm size earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly for One light/fan/bell point controlled by one No 5 Amp, one way switch/bell push complete all as specified and as directed.
