Marks will be assigned by the designated CPWD Engineers/committee nominated by CPWD for quality of works at site based on the inspection of chosen works after opening of Technical bid.

RequiredGST Registration Certificate if already obtained by the bidder If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable then he shall scan and upload following undertaking (as per UNDERTAKING-1) along with bid documents. If work is awarded to me I/we shall obtain GST registration certificate as applicable within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD whichever is earlier, failing which I/we shall be responsible for any delay in payment
RequiredCopy of Electrical License issued by competent authority or an undertaking (as per UNDERTAKING-2) stating that I/We will either obtain valid electrical License at the time of execution of electrical work or associate eligible electrical agency having valid electrical license of eligible class.
RequiredNotarized Affidavit on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- for not being debarred or blacklisted as on the date of bidding from CPWD MoHUA or Ministry of Finance to participate in the tendering (as per AFFIDAVIT-1)
RequiredNotarized Affidavit on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.100/- stating eligible similar work (s) has / have not been got executed through another contractor on back to back basis (as per AFFIDAVIT-2)
RequiredERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) training certificate issued by CPWD
RequiredIf the bidder is a firm in partnership, the bid shall be signed by all the partners of the firm above their full type written names and current address, or, alternatively, by a partner holding power of attorney for the firm. In the later case, a certified copy of the power of attorney should accompany the bid. In both cases a certified copy of the partnership deed and current address of all the partners of the firm should accompany the bid.
RequiredIf the bidder is a limited company or a corporation, the bid shall be signed by a duly authorized person holding power of attorney for signing the bid accompanied by a copy of the power of attorney The bidder should also furnish a copy of the Memorandum of Articles of Association duly attested by a Public Notary
RequiredIf private works (i.e. non-governmental works) are shown in support of eligibility, certified copy of the Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) Certificate (Form 16A and 26 AS) shall be uploaded along with the Experience Certificate and the TDS amount shall tally with the actual amount of work done. Otherwise, the amount that tally with TDS shall only be considered for eligibility.
