REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF CERTAIN B/R ITEMS AT PB ENCLAVE ZONE II UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE (N) UDHAMPUR

Demolition Stone slabs and tiles laid dry or dry beded or pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L Granite 16-18 mm of Z Black grade (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like one piece full in cement mortar 1:6 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) as in roofs of existing water proofing treatment of any type and any thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as speficifed and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces by scrapping and properly cleaning the existing roof treatment in any number of layer upto original RCC roof top surface. Applying firtst coat fibre reinforced elastometric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reiforcing acrylic fibre with Sun reflective index (SRI) of 100-110 having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength of 2.9 MPa and shall have cracks bridging ability upto 2.5mm and shall resist 10 Bars of hydroelastic pressure reduce surface temperature upto 10 degree celsius with 33% dilution of priming coat. Laying of fibre mesh of 0.3mm thickness weave in leno pattern having 45 Gsm/Sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50mm and allow it to dry. Apply third and final coat undiluted @ 0.45 ltr/Sqm as directed by Engr In Charge. Note :- The laying of the membrane shall be got done by authorized applicator of the membrane manufacturer.

Apply bituminous primer confiriming to IS -3384 @ 0.40 Kgs/ Sqm on prepared surface on sunny day. After the primed surface has dried and apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 penetration grade blown bitumen, confirming to IS-702@ 1.20kg/ Sqm on the surfaces. Provide APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric five layered membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density firm. Minimum weight of membrance will be 3 kg/Sqm. APP membrance will be laid across the slope from lowest line sloping roof towards ridge with minimum end lap of 150 mm & side lap of 75mm bonded with hot blown bitumen. Over the APP membrance apply semi hot blown 85/25 penetration grade bitumen @ 1.20kg/ Sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 kg/Sqm dusted over the bitumen coat over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The laying of the membrane shall be got done by authorized applicator of the membrane manufacturer.

20mm thick precast machine pressed factory made PCC tiles as in 1:2:4, type B-0, 300x300mm size and 20mm thickness with grey cement & No pigment onand including bedding layer of 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 mixed with 5% creosote oil, joined & pointed flush in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surface of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, aches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
