REPAIR MAINTENANCE TO COLUMN PIPE OF BOREWELL FITTINGS AND ALLIED WORK AT AF STN BAMRAULI UNDER GE AF BAMRAULI

Taking out submersible pumping set of any capacity and type from bore well by disconnecting all electrical and mechanical connections including connected items of pump such as column pipes complete for development of borewell and lowering & reassembling the pump in the existing position by reconnecting after development/repelcement of column pipe cable etc including packing materials, nut bolts, securing of submerssible in column pipe by using insulated wires etc, and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for packing pea gravel of size 3 to 5 mm natural shape brought direct from river bank and packing around casing pipe through the peipes provided around the casing pipe to fill up the deficient quantity of pea gravelm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Development of tube well by means of pumping high velocity 250 to 400 psi air compressor all as specified including arrangement for equipment fitting and supply of sodium heptasulphate 20 kg all as specified for the bore wells located at various pump houses, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The above rates are also inclusive for arrangement of suitable dia and length of PVC/canvas pipes to drain the pumped water into the nearest drainage and to ensure water shall not be stagnated near the installation.

S&F in replacement of Mild Steel column pipe flanged both ends of 125/150 mm dia complete with necessary fixing arrangement such as suitable size of nuts, bolts, gasket, washer, etc complete 3 mtr long and 6 mm thick, complete all as specified and directed. Make - Jindal/ Swastik/ Tata/ Prakash.

S&F in replacement of chain pulley block with tripod arrangement of cap 3 Ton , 3 mtr with dimension 28X16X14 cm and having min weight 23 kg, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of submersible mono block pump of cap -15 hp with min head 125 mtr, 415V, min RPM 2850,50Hz with motor body & pump shaft of SS, oil sealing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of flange to required size upto 150 mm dia complete with necessary fixing arrangement to pump/ header of pump i.e.welding, nut, bolt, washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC insulated flat copper submersible cable heavy duty 16 Sqmm 3 core 1100 volt grade of the following size, complete all as specified and directed. Make - Havells/ Plaza/ Finolex.

S&F in replacement of chlorine test kit comprising of various, test tube, standard colour shades indicating the availability of residual chlorine including 100 ml orthothoduline solution, complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
