M & L for carrying out 'A' check of diesel generating set of capacity 250 KVA at Power house namkum including all connected items such as alternator, Radiator and control panels etc complete for smooth functioning of DG set complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed. Note :-(i) Cost of all consumables required during the maintenance period shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) Servicing of DG set alongwith connected alternator and control panel including 'A' check of the Engine shall be carried out at regular intervels as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and the contractor shall carry out periodical inspections during the maintenenace period and he shall be responsible for the smooth functioning of the DG set all the time. (iii) Spare parts required for replacement during the maintenance period shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates and cost of labour for fixing these spares shall be deemed to be inluded in the rate quoted for these items. (iv) The contractor shall also attend to the breakdown calls and depute necessary technician for repair/maintenance works as and when required without delay during the maint period.

M&L for carrying out scheduled 'B' check of the Diesel Generator Set 250 KVA at Power House namkum including connected alternator and carrying out routine servicing of the engine as per manufacturer's instructions including consumables complete for smooth functioning of the set all as specified and as directed. Note :-(i) Cost of all consumables required during the servicing / maintenance of the DG Set shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for these items. (ii) Spare parts, filter elements, engine oil, distilled water and radiator coolant liquid required for replacement during the maintenance period shall be measured and paid seperately at supply only rates and cost of labour for fixing these spares/filling of oils shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (iii) AMF Panel and control switches such as MCCB, Main switch, contactors, multi display meter and engine control unit shall be out of scope of this item of job and the rate quoted shall exlusive of servicing/ maintenance of the above said fittings.

M & L for descaling of radiator assy of DG set 250 KVA by disconnecting and removing from eingine, opening the top & bottom chambers, descalling the sediments and scales, corrosion etc and cleaning the core pipes with cleaning chemicals (radi wash) and high pressure water washing and arresting the leakage in core, if any, by brazing / dummy with lead, compressed air cleaning, reassembling the same with new gasket, and fixing to the engine with new hose pipe and clipes as reqd and filling radiator coolent complete all as directed. Note : The rate qouted shall be inclusive of transporting of the radiator to the workshop and back and all incidental charges if required . The coolant required for filling will be measred and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule.

Dismantling/repairing the cylinder head assy for Kirloskar engine of 15 to 30 KVA DG Set by stripping out the head assy from engine and carrying out the machining work such as head surfacing, pressure testing, valve seat angle facing, replacing the rusted water plugs and fixing the new brass water plugs etc and replacing the worn out parts like inlet & exhaust valves guides, valves seat inserts, head gaskets, stem seal, silicon "O" rings and reaasmbling after replacing following spares and testing to its full efficiency including transportation all as directed :- (a) Valve (Inlet & Exhaust) - 6 Pair (b) Valve Guide - 12 Nos. (c) Valve seat - 12 Nos. (d) Stem Seal - 12 Nos. (e) Set of copper washer - 1 set (f) Set of O Ring 1 Set (g) Set of gasket - 1 set. (h) Copper head Gasket -06 nos (b) Valve Guide - 12 Nos. Note :- (i) The rate qouted shall be inclusive of transporting of the head assy to the workshop and back for machining work including all incidental charges. (ii) The rate quoted shall also deemed to be inclusive of all consumables and minor spares required for satisfactory completion of the repair.

Cleaning throughly and preparing surface by removing rust, dust and oil, and painting of complete DG Set of 250 with two coats of existing colour code including control / AMF panel board complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Painting should be done with existing colour codes and paint should apply with the help of spary gun using air compressor. 2. Quoated rate shall deemed to be inclusive of preparation of old painted surface and applying zinc chrome primer in patches over rusted portion all as directed.

(a) Removing U/S & burnt field coils from stator of alternator & rewinding the same with supper enamelled copper wire of suitable size complete with insulation paper , other required materials spares etc and refixing the same including reconnections all as specified & directed (b) Removing & taking out the U/S ball bearing from rotor shaft & replacing the same with new one of suitable size. (c) Varnishing the armature of the alternator with super class varnish.

Taking down Exhaust Fan 250 mm to 350 mm Sweep from any type and make of DG set and transporting nearest Workshop for repair/ rewinding , varnising after taking out burnt out wire of any type, Cleaning Slot Motor with Super Enamalled Copper insulated Wire of suitable Gauge and Weight (as per existing) providing necessary Insulation Materials, Varnishing, Heating, Reassembling & Testing for Smooth Functioning after Rewinding, and fixing to same place as complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing & preventive maint of Self Starter 24 V assembly of DG set 250 KVA by disconnecting from engine and dismantling the same cleaning all accessories, replace the minor wornout parts like :- brushes, bushes, contact plates, jumping leads and seals, revarnishing the field coil, armature and reassembling the same,refitting to the engine and testing all as directed.

M&L for rewinding of submersible type sewage motor 1/1.5 HP, 1500 RPM with existing same type & gauge of winding wire as per motor capacity using new insulation material such as insulating paper sleeves etc. including cleaning and replacement of defective parts complete all as directed.

Taking out defective Air blower with motor of capacity 3 KW/5 HP, 1500 RPM complete with all accessories, including cleaning, greasing,oiling of bearing of electric motor and refixing , including cleaning, greasing , oiling of bearing of electric motor, impeller shaft and commissioning the same after repairing works including replacement of bearing and testing complete all as directed.

M&L for rewinding of Air blower motor of capacity 3 KW/5 HP, 1500 RPM with existing same type & gauge of winding wire as per motor capacity using new insulation material such as insulating paper sleeves etc. including cleaning and replacement of defective parts and painting of steel and iron surfaces with one coat of synthetic enemelled paint after preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as directed.

Supply and replacement of air filter for air blower of capacity 3 KW/5 HP as per existing pattern/make all as directed.

M&L for cleaning raw sewage chamber and cleaning all foreign materials all as directed.

M&L for draining out sewage water from Fludized Aerobic Bed (FAB)/MAB reactor and cleaning and washing the same and inlet /outlet pipes complete all as directed .

M&L for drain out sewage water from Tube settler tank and cleaning and washing the same and inlet /outlet pipes complete all as directed .
