Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using Fly Ash Bricks of 230 x 110 x 70mm size conforming to IS: 12894-1989 Class designation not less 50 kg./ sq.cm. average compressive strength in cement mortar 1:5 for load bearing structures for foundation and basement and for superstructure including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Old Terrace tile surface repair with UV Resistant hybrid waterproofing coating. Providing and Applying Polyurethane hybrid liquid applied GRIHA certified Waterproofing coating with flutyne protection technology, single component, cold applied, water based acrylic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the Existing Roof having Tile or any non-porous surface applied @ 1.5 l/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having tensile strength with 45 gsm glass fibre mesh 4N/mm2 confirming to ASTM D 412; Elongation at break ≥ 300% and Crack bridging ability up to 3mm, SRI Index 106 as per ASTM E 1980- 01, Water permeability @5 bar – Nil as per EN12390 - 8:2019, including surface preparation, priming the surface with single component high-performance waterborne tile primer which is suitable for non - porous surface at a rate of 0.14 L/m2 and spreading 45 gsm glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm sandwiched between the first and second coat completely as per specification. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.[Brand: Fosroc or Equivalent)

Structural Strengthening with Epoxy Injection Grout. Providing and grouting with two component low viscous Moisture Insensitive Epoxy Injection Grout to strengthen the structure at concrete cracks. The material having mixing ratio - (Base : Hardener) - 100:60 (by weight) at the rate of 0.50kg/nozzle, which gives compressive strength of 70N/mm2 in 7days as per BS6319:part 2, Flexural strength of 30N/mm2 in 7days as per BS6319:part 3, Tensile strength of 15N/mm2 in 7days as per BS6319:part 7, epoxy resin based injection grout meets the requirement of BS 6319 & ASTM C 881. The finished cost to include surface preparation, fixing of non-return valve injection packers at concrete cracks, seal the nozzles with polyester resin anchor grout Instant leak plug 0.2kg/nozzle. All the application procedure shall be as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.

"Supply and Installation of 74 mm Drywall Partition with two layers of MGO-Magnesia Cement board, square edge, Magnesia cement core panels of size 1200x2400x12mm, volume density 1000kgs/m3, weight 12kg/m2 installed by using Aluminimum channel.The Aluminimum channel 1.5mm thick, length 3600mm fixed to the floor and soffit ceiling with suitable fasteners at 300mm staggered centers. Silica noise and fire rated silicon sealant /Matt to be caulked along the lining frame before fixing the Aluminimum channels. Then Aluminimum channel of 25x50x1.5mm thick should be placed into the floor/head channel positioned vertically at 600mm centers. Extra reinforcement to be provided at openings (doors, windows, etc). Synthetic Polyfiber, 1000 gsm density, thickness 50mm, width 600mm is held in position with Stick S7 dab spots inbetween Aluminimum Channel. Magnesia Cement board 1200X2400X12mm is fastened onto the Aluminimum Channel behind in staggered manner using self drilling (drill tip) fasteners at 300mm centers. 4mm gap should be maintained between boards on all sides. Repeat the process similarly on the other side of the framework to get 74 mm thick partition system. 4mm gap between boards to be filled in full depth by using Jointing Compound as per given recommendations and guidelines.Technical Parameters Fire (Class) – 1 & P, Acoustics - STC 43, Thermal conductivity(W/mk)– 0.118, Climate (°C, RH) – 50, 95, Light reflectance (%) – Paint dependant ,Green (VoC,RC %) – Low, 30 complete and as directed by the departmental engineers.

Supplying and fixing Teak wood scantlings for door and windows and any other joinery works using teak wood scantlings below 4m in lengh and complete it in all floors including labour charges for the manufacture of frames as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing solid core flush shutter of following type with thickness with necessary T.W. internal lipping alround conforming to IS 2202-1(1999) including cost of wind appliances and furniture fittings such as 3 Nos of SS 304 Grade Parliament Hinges of Size (125mm x 150mm), 2 Nos 300x12mm aluminium tower bolt 1 No. 200x12mm aluminium tower bolts 1no. 250x16mm aluminium aldrops, 2 nos. 200mm ‘D’ type aluminium door handle and door stopper with bush etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply & fixing of WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550 KG/Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. The door shall be a plain matt board as decided by the Engineer in-Charge of the department. The WPC door shall be fixed onto the Aluminium “G” type channel with Wheel and the door shall have 2 Hooks in SS, 2 Handles 4” in SS (Sliding door) etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.
