Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exceeding 1.50 square metre and not exceeding 4.0 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and 15 mm thick screeding in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking down eaves gutters and and rain water pipes (any size or pattern ), including all fittings incl removal of store and sold to contractor through credit.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.5 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts, dismantaling brick work (holes cut and any other damages to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of old membrane from roof surfaces and cleaning the surface and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..

Dismantling cast iron pipe & reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar of any dia taking out from trenches or fixed to wall upto 100mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wall ceiling board ( fibre, pulp,insulation etc ) or insulation board / slab/ blankets any thickness including cover fillets.
