Loading, Safe carriage & unloading of heavy stock material (other than pole) from any stores centres under PVVNL, depending upon the availability of material at Stores Centres, with loading & unloading at both ends respectively.
Erection of Following Material & Miscellaneous Electrical Works. Riser Double Pole The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft soil & hard rock and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support. Erection of support, complete with providing & fixing of all clamps size (65x8mm), Nut bolt & Washer, Stone Pad, Lugs, Al. Binding wire and other accessories as per drawing. The work includes carriage and handling of supports & hardware material from sectional store to pit site as well as an fabrication work if required. Fixing of 05 Nos. M.S.Channel 100x50x2.4Mtr (With arrangement of 06 Nos. 33KV Pin insulator with Pin). The work also includes cutting of channel/angles, making holes on M.S.Channel / M.S. Angle, spring washer of proper size for channel/angle. Contractor also provide M.S.Channel clamps and E- clamps at his own cost as per Respo Norms. (a) 11M Long PCC Pole
Grouting of supports in CC 1:3:6 (Cement, sand & 20mm stone grift). Grouting will be done in the block of size (450x450)mm x1/6th of full length of the support, upto ground level, 300mm plinth above the ground level with C.C. 1:3:6 (Cement, Course sand and Stone grift) with muffing as per drawing. Work includes back filling and proper ramming. Riser Double Pole (a) 11M Long PCC Pole
Earthing of supports with M.S. earth Rod of (20x2500)mm long including excavation of pit and driving M.S.Rod 3.0M apart from suppor and 0.5M below the ground level and connecting belowl the earth electrodes with the help of M.S.wire No.8SWG, M.S.Nut bolt & washer and earthing lugs.

Making H.T.Connection / Charging of the proposed line from 33KV supply either from Transmission Bay / other 33KV Line. The work consists of fixing & fabrication of Dropper Channels, & fixing of Disc Insulators, Pin Insulators, jumpering with P.G.Clamps, clamping and binding etc,as per site conditions.
Providing & Wrapping of barbed wire (2.0Kg per Pole) on 33KV PCC/ST Poles SP-55/SP-72 as anti-climbing device for a length of 0.9Mtr. Wire pitch/gap 13mm and fixing upper and lower end keeping lower end at a height of 2.75Mtr. from the ground, complete with providing and fixing of lower end & upper end clamps made of M.S.Flat 40x5mm complete with nuts & bolts.
33KV Cable support structure. (i) Fabrication of structure, including cutting, straightening, drilling of holes and electric welding and Erection of 33KV cable support structure in proper alignment
(ii) Excavation of earth (0.60Mx0.30Mx1.0M)x2 and Grouting of size (0.60Mx0.30Mx1.0M) with C.C. in ratio 1:3:6 (cement, sand, 20mm Stone grift)x2 by supply & fixing 04 Nos. stone Pad.
LINE/BUS ISOLATOR STRUCTURE: (1Nos.) Fabrication of Structure, including cutting, straightening & drilling of holes in Channel/Angle and Erection of Line/Bus Isolator structure in proper alighment.

Installation of 33 KV Isolators: Assembling and installation of line/Bus Isolator on the isolator structure. Adjusting of operating mechanism in proper alignment so as to ensure smooth operation of the same. In case of Line Isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be ensured. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.
33KV 3x300SQ.M.M XLPE Cable laying after Digging of trench of size (750x1050)mm with sand & Brick in open cut.
Providing & Laying of Ist Class Bricks, along the length on both side of 33KV XLPE Cable in Cable Trench and Stone Slab of size 450x600x40mm on top of the Cable, Providing 75mm thickness River sand for cushion beneath and 75mm above the cable as per specification.
Back filling of excavated earth in the cable trench upto the ground level and ramming properly.
Supply and laying of HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6, DN-160mm dia Pipe for laying of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm, XLPE Cable with HDD (trenchless) method including cable laying.
Laying of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE Cable in the air on cable Riser Double Pole, existing trench cable trench, nala x-ing & G.I.Pipe and making connection with 33KV over head line at both ends.
Providing and fixing 150mm dia (Minimum 2mm thick) 2mm thick 3M long G.I.Pipe over 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE Cable before mounting the 2No. Cable on double pole / 2M long for cable support structure. Work includes providing & fixing of Clamp, sealing of top and bottom end of the G.I.Pipe. One end of G.I.Pipe is to be buried under earth about 500mm. a). 3Mtr long for double Pole & Cable Riser.
b). 2M long for cable support structure
Providing, Fixing & Laying of G.I.Pipe 150mm Dia thickness at Nala X-ing Work includes G.I.Clamps, Nut bolt & washer, bricks, cement, sand & stone grift etc.
Making of 33KV Outdoor type cable end termination by heat shrinkable XLPE Cable Jointing Kits and crimping with proper size aluminium lugs. Work includes providing Aluminum lugs, insulating tapes etc as per specifications.
Making of 33KV Straight through Cable Jointing Kits 3x300mm² and crimping of proper size aluminium lugs. Work includes providing insulating tapes etc as per specifications.
Supply & fixing of cable route marker along the route of 33KV cable with proper grouted with proper painting & marking PVVNL, 33KV HT Cable.
Supply & fixing of stone pad (300x300x75mm) for Pole grouting
Road restoration charges for 1Mtr wide Kuccha Road-Pucca Road (Inter locking Tiles, Bricks Road (Cemented, Concrete & Black road only) & Developed green belt only) or Deposite charges to take the permission/approval/NOC from any Development Authority/Govt. Body/Forest Deptt./and other concerned Deptt. for construction of 33KV line (a) 1Mtr wide Kuccha Road
